-The puttering park, a 12-hole putting area suitable for all ages. Equipment provided.
-Use of 3 community pools (Dunesider, Bridges, and Compass Point. Dunesider & Bridges are heated year-round).

*From October 2025 through 2026, WaterSound Compass Point will undergo major exterior refurbishment. Residents and guests should expect construction, boarded windows, limited balcony and garage access, and possible parking disruptions. These safety measures are essential for project completion.

*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Lovely Weekend

The ocean was churned up and two red flags prohibited us from enjoying the water due to Hurricane Helene, but our stay was so restful and quiet. Being there without the summer rush is simply therapeutic!

Property was ok. Master bed uncomfortable and faces and exterior stairwell. Tv in master is smaller than my laptop screen. Master Shower tiny and not even a shelf for soap and if you’re 6’ you have to duck under shower head. Kitchen could have used more cooking utensils and cutting boards. Floors dirty. Location is great for beach and pool access. We still had fun and love watersound, just won’t stay in this unit again.

The condo was wonderful, beautiful furnishings and a great location. We loved Water Sound, we will be back. Thank you for the backpack what a wonderful and useful surprise! And the coffee was really a nice added amenity. A few housekeeping notes: our dishes and silverware/utensils were dirty, they were put away in the cabinets dirty. So we had to wash everything. That was a bad start to our trip. The floors were very dirty also. I forgot my slippers and my feet were filthy after walking around on the floors. You may need to check behind your housekeeping team.

We had the most wonderful 9 day stay in WaterSound. This property was PERFECT for our family of 5. Despite the COVID-19 closures, we soaked up every minute of sunshine, bike rides, porch happy hours, sun sets on the boardwalk, etc. We are hoping to be back next March and would definitely rent this unit again. It was fresh, clean, airy and extremely comfortable! Thank you for letting us stay!

Another fantastic stay in Watersound with 360Blue. We love this condo - right by the beach boardwalks and 2 nice pools. Plenty of room for our crew, nice coastal decor, clean and comfortable. Enjoy the access to the beach club, always a good time. We'll be back!

We have spent summer vacations at Watersound for over 10 years and love it for the beautiful beach and family atmosphere. 360 Blue does an excellent job managing their properties and we definitely prefer renting from them. Our trip was wonderful and we had beautiful weather! The beach and beach club were awesome! Unfortunately, the condo is in need of some upkeep. The floors were really dirty and the condo could use a full paint job (dents, smudges, fingerprints etc. all over the doors, door frames etc.). The bathrooms have reached the point that they could use a reno as well (old, dirty tile on floors and in shower). The beds looked saggy and tired. There was a huge stain on the carpet in the 2nd bedroom and the lamp was broken when we arrived (360 fixed it the next day!) - and the bed skirt was ripped in the master. I cleaned the kitchen myself before using it and it clearly had only been wiped down and not deep cleaned. We would not rent this condo (202) again but would definitely rent elsewhere from 360!

We love watersound - the beach club makes it a perfect relaxing vacation . Loved the bikes that were included with the condo ....the additional ones we rented from 360 were awful- super old and rickety (lesson learned to not get them delivered) The condo is a convenient location to pool and beach and beach club ...and an easy bike ride away from the Hub!!

Watersound is a lovely location and Compass Point is located near the pool and the beach which is very convenient. The unit floors on arrival were dirty and had to submit a cleaning request which was fulfilled the next day. However, the main criticism of this unit is the fact that the fridge was broken on arrival and after 48 hours of waiting we had it serviced (poorly) so 360 provided an old loaner fridge (not very clean) that leaked water all over the hardwood floors. It’s now our third day here and the fridge situation is far from over. Overall 360 appears responsive for simple things but for major problems it seems that communication between 360 and the owner of the unit is slow and inefficient. Other items that require improvement are: 1) The master bedroom bed is extremely hard (floor hard), 2) the outdoor stairway night lights outside of the master bedroom are extremely bright and the lack of curtains makes the room bright and hard to sleep in. Overall the unit is ok but needs an overhaul.

We loved the location much less crowded than Water color and Seaside which was what we were hoping.. Very family friendly and we were able set up on the beach with our own chairs and get a front row seat to watch our kids play in the water.. Getting beach club access cards took forever when we arrived due to long wait and only one staffer to assist. Your kids have access to make charges on your beach club account which must be linked to your credit card. There is no way to block that so be aware when you hand them that card! I’m sure the club is nice we didn’t go simply cause you can’t bring anything of your own in such as drinks water etc and the weather was so bad the few moments of outside time we got we spent on the beach. The condo itself was ok. Great set up for kids to share a room. It was clean. Several things didn’t work in the bathrooms like fans and the drains were clogged when we arrived.. If you are used to sleeping in a comfortable bed or have a bad back bring some Advil and a mattress cover

Have stayed at 202 several times and it is very enjoyable. Very sad that the Beach Club pool House had been burned so we couldn’t use the Beach Club pool. That was one of our favorite places to relax. Should not have had to pay so much extra for the amenities when the Beach Club pool was not working. Love the new pool that is almost open next month.
