This Village penthouse residence is just steps from the Northstar gondola, ski-back and "The Beach" ski school meeting area. Waking up in the morning you will enjoy views of the Village at Northstar, gondola and nearby mountains. Sit on the deck at the end of the day and watch the skiers/riders coming down from the mountain. Inside you will find your vacation home with a warm and inviting mountain theme.

This comfortable luxury unit features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and two sink vanity, large living room with a queen size Comfort Sleep sofa sleeper (this sleeps 2 and is very comfortable), and a King bed in the master suite. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (right now there is only a K-cup coffee maker), blender, and cooking & eating utensils. Relax in the evening in front of the push-button to start gas fireplace or watch a movie on the large screen LED TV with enhanced sound system. Later enjoy a second large screen TV located in the bedroom. Inside of the unit are large capacity energy efficient washer and dryer. Also enjoy amenities including free high-speed wireless Internet, cable TV with large flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

A short ride down the elevator and you are in the Village at Northstar with its wealth of restaurants, shops, skating rink, movie theaters, access to the Ritz via their own gondola, and evening activities. Eat in, eat out or order take-out; all are equally easy. Eliminating the need to haul equipment around, there is a large private ski locker at the building entrance on ground level with comfortable seating to allow you to “suit-up” in the morning.

With parking in the heated garage you will no longer need to shovel snow off of your car or scrape ice from the windows. There is easy access to the fitness facility with showers, steam sauna, weight room with the latest generation of equipment including treadmills and ellipticals with integrated TVs. Relax in one of the two hot tubs or enjoy the nearby swimming pool at the Village Swim & Fitness Center. Free access to guests to all of these facilities. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a stone gas fireplace, dining table for four, a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa (very comfortable!) in the living room. You can enjoy the large screen TV in both the living room and bedroom. Absolutely NO-SMOKING & NO PETS allowed in the condo.
