Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note that starting March 15, 2014, all golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging per HOA. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.
