Watercolor on the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Excellent views, perfect location especially with beach access and Watercolor Beach Club access for the heated pool on the first few rainy days when we arrived. Our 4-year old grandson loved the trip! We look forward to staying at this property again in the near future. Thanks for all the attention during our stay!

Great location!

We loved our stay here! The balcony was huge with multiple seating spots for the family. I felt so close to the ocean when we had the doors open. We didn't have a working stove during our stay due to the gas line, however, they made sure we had a hot plate and toaster oven. (which we were very thankful for) If you can't carry heavy luggage up several sets of stairs, then I wouldn't recommend this property. However, this will not deter us from staying here again next year. This is a must stay at place in Watercolor.

Perfect family beach house

Our stay was perfect from arrival to departure. The house is beautiful and clean. The location is excellent. The beach was literally steps away. We didn't even put on shoes. Made it so easy to hit the beach super early or take a late evening swim. The walk was a bit further to seaside but doable for us due to we like walking. We didn't use the bikes because there were only 3 and 4 of us. Access to watercolor was great. We did have to drive to camp watercolor which was no problem. The pools there were great. The ones at the resort by the house were very warm and super crowded but its August so that's expected. Great restaurants at the resort and great shopping in both seaside and watercolor. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend and return.

Fall Break

Property was perfect, steps from the beach. I agree with most other comments, the use of the elevator would be appreciated, especially on first and last day of trip. We loved the convenience and the decor was beautiful.

Great beachfront spot on 30A

Great beachfront 2 level condo on 30A right next to Watercolor resort amenities with amazing views right on the beach. We spent each day at the beach (definitely book your beach chairs online in advance), and we went to Fish Out of Water at Watercolor for lunch/brunch daily. Wrist bands are provided for access to Watercolor pools and onsite restaurants/bar. Access to the condo was super easy and provided in advance by 360 Blue communications. Condo was clean and spacious for family of 4. We had an issue with the living room TV remote, and the air conditioning on top floor bedroom wasn’t working properly, but 360 Blue was very responsive and addressed quickly (though thermostat was tricky to operate consistently ). Ample parking provided, including garage. We walked to most restaurants for dinner as Seaside is a short walk and didn’t feel like we needed a golf cart or car. The access to the beach is right next to condo, so you don’t have to worry about distance to carry beach stuff. Ocean was clear blue with soft white sand. We will be back!

Perfect stay!

This property has stunning views and is so accessible to the beach, pool and the town square. It was spotless and well maintained. It was exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommend!

Best view on the Gulf

Everything was absolutely perfect with the well cared for, well appointed, and comfortable VRBO property. Our stay could not have been any better. The check in process which is handled by 360 blue turned out to be another matter. I had not received the Checkin email with door code prior to arrival. I received no reminder email prompting me to sign a form that I inadvertently had forgotten to do before arrival. It took an extra hour to finally reach a human being by calling the emergency number at 360Blue. She was very polite and handled it promptly. The problem could have been handled very quickly if 360Blue had easily reachable, live customer service people for situations like this. Virtual management in a high end resort setting like this only goes so far.

Perfection!

Everything was wonderful. Great appliances in kitchen and comfortable seating and bedding for all. Views are spectacular for sunrise and sunset. Great location. We did have an issue with batteries in the TV remote in the living room, but we just traded out from other TV remotes in the unit and the problem was solved.

November 2021 Stay

We absolutely love the 30A area, and have stayed in Watercolor and Seagrove areas previously. There were 8 adults and two children in our party and we visited the week of Thanksgiving! The location of this condo couldn’t have been more spectacular. It is right on the beach with private access just steps away. Seaside is an easy walk or bike ride away. A few things that need to be addressed to improve the guest experience is the fridge. It is not cooling properly. The evaporator coil was freezing in fridge and it needs a new defrost circuit timer/heater/thermostat. One of these 3 items is not working and the fridge was 10/15 degrees off and our food and milk didn’t stay cold. Also, for the price of rental I was disappointed in the comfort level of the couch in the main living space and beds. It is definitely time to invest in a new couch and mattresses (you can hear and feel the springs in the mattress in the top level.) Also, for a premium property I would have expected more household essentials than 2 di

The listing wasn’t that clear regarding 3rd floor and no elevator. Last minute request to leave 1 hour early was unexpected ... contract was for 10am... not 9 am.

The condo was absolutely amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Given that it is a 3rd floor condo I really wish guests had access to the elevator. It appeared to work but the door was locked shut. My mother in law had difficulty with the stairs. I would definitely come back.

This property is even more gorgeous than the photos with the perfect view of the ocean! When we arrived, the view from every room took my breath away! The decor and finishings are the perfect balance of cozy and high-end elegance. Walking distance to a Seaside, parks, pools and restaurants. Close by, spacious parking spot. Only downfall is no elevator access but the stairs are inside the residence and beautifully decorated and allow for downstairs landing to leave sandy beach items, shoes, etc. so really only was inconvenient upon arrival with our luggage. We would definitely stay here again!
