Our party of 4 adults and 6 children were very comfortable in this beautiful, clean, well appointed home. The 4 bikes provided were very helpful. We had plenty of very clean linens and the kitchen is well equipped. A wonderful spot for an active family, we found it perfect for running, biking, tennis, basketball, swimming, in addition to the beaches and shopping! We would happily return.

We loved our stay at Water Color. The house was spotless and well stocked with all of the essentials. The management team was amazing. Our access to everything that Water Color has to offer was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Amazing house

Very very clean and organized home. Awesome little grilling area. We stay in watercolor all the time and the homes are amazing. If you want an amazing home , golf cart , great decor , and super clean home and a great price range this is the one. The carriage house is amazing as well. Drive way is great too. Will stay in again for sure. Thank you.

Family Beach Vacation

We had the best week at 21 Royal Fern Way. The property was beautiful and clean, and the carriage house was perfect for a family friend who joined us. We loved being able to hop in the golf cart to go to the beach, Watercolor Resort, and Seaside. We would start here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Accomodating Home

The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed for our large group for 5 days. The golf cart and bikes made getting around super convenient, and fun! Although the grocery store was extremely close by, the main pools / beach club for Watercolor Inn were a little further. Beds were comfortable, with nice linens. No towel service so make sure to bring towels to the pool and beach. Only

Nice Home

No issues with the property. Clean and well appointed. It does sit adjacent to a very busy road so you do hear that. Our property was managed by 360 Blue. We were less than pleased with them. We were Told that the property included 4 bikes. Come to find out one of the bikes was stolen and was confiscated when we went to get air in the tire. Another was not rideable at all. It took numerous emails and calls to get one replaced the other was never replaced. So we had to get our own bike. Just poor customer service. But overall the property was a good stay.

We had an amazing visit! It was the perfect fit for a large family . The carriage house was my favorite. The beds were extremely comfy! Camp Watercolor was amazing and the kids loved it. We also loved having bikes as it was just a short bike ride into downtown Seaside . Being right across the road from Publix was convenient too! We will definitely be back to visit !

We enjoyed our family vacation. The home was spacious and had all the things we needed. We were close to the beach and could ride the bikes or take the beach shuttle. Smoke detector in the garage is chirping so it must have a low battery that needs to be changed. Wish there were cushions for the back porch swing. May need to label the remotes so people know which one to use with each TV. Watercolor is a wonderful community. Thank you.

Please keep in mind I travel for a living so I may be more picky than most. Kitchen—coffee from previous guest still in the coffee pot along with dirty filter. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses but missing several things....there were only 2 bowls to eat cereal out of—no pots at all to cook beans or something that requires a pot so we had to make do. No pizza slicer—this is a must on vacation when you have kids that are hungry after the bead have and you cook lots of pizza. No tongs for the grill. Other things: outside ceiling fan—one barely worked and the other did not work at all—Maintenace came but they have to get with owners and figure out what fans to buy etc. The fan would have been nice on the porch during the hot summer. The ceiling fan did not work in the living room either. There were no cushions for the beautiful swing between the house and the carriage house—that would hav even nice. Also I would consider getting some type of chairs for the person grilling out. More.....

Wonderful place especially enjoyed the Carriage House and the 70” TV. It was quieter than I originally anticipated and it had much easier access to restaurants and stores than others. Will stay there again.
