Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 328 Red Cedar is a fabulous 4-bedroom/ 4.5-bathroom home situated on the corner of Western Lake and Red Cedar in WaterColor's Camp District. This newly painted, charming home boasts unique upscale furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, and plenty of porch space for many relaxing evenings. The first floor is comprised of the gourmet kitchen and living room, complete with a Wolf gas range and granite countertops. There are also 2 bedrooms with full private bathrooms on the first floor. Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find the Primary Suite complete with a king bed and a large primary bathroom as well as a fourth bedroom. There is also a bonus bunk room located on the second floor, perfect for young kids! Also, another upstairs porch with two swings! When guests are ready to explore WaterColor and its neighboring community Seaside, hop onto one of the 4 bikes provided for a great ride! Seaside is only a 7-minute walk from this house. Absolute perfection! My family, which consisted of me, my husband, son, daughter-in-law, two teen grandkids and their three friends, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this lovely home! The location was perfect, as well. No need to drive everywhere because there’s a trolley that will take you all around Watercolor - just download the app!The four bikes were a big hit with the teens as well as the adults. The home was tastefully decorated and very clean with plenty of outdoor space to relax in the mornings with coffee and take in the scenery. The beds were very comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking to truly unplug from the daily grind.

Overall WONDERFUL and I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the beds. The queen and king mattresses upstairs were some of the worst I've ever slept on. I am a good sleeper and was restless every night - even my 10-year-old said it feels like "an air mattress, but worse."

What a relaxing vacation! This home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The stove and equipment available were perfect for our foodie-family! When we weren't hanging on the sleeping porch, we were at the beach or in Seaside, just a very short bike ride (5min) away. We had a few routine maintenance issues (tub drain, smoke alarm battery) that were quickly resolved by 360 blue. Their management team is so nice and very responsive! We can't wait for our next stay!

Found several live roaches. Master bedroom had stained mattress pad. White furniture with large stains. Wood floors very dirty. Loved location and overall the house. Cleanliness only reason dissatisfied .

We just returned from 328 Red Cedar Way. We have 3 children and brought my parents. We also met family friends there. The home was amazing and exceed our expectations. It was spotless, had every amenity we could have asked for and was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had when renting a home all around the world. Quick bike ride to water color beach club, boat house and seaside. We would recommend reserving beach chairs before you go if you want the front row. We cannot wait to come back next year! Thanks for sharing your home.

Good house but needs maintenance

This property is in a good location. Easy to cut through to seaside, but still in watercolor for the amenities. We have been to Watercolor for 10 years straight, and this was the least maintained of the houses we have stayed in. Furniture is stained and needs to be cleaned/replaced. Missing some necessary kitchen items (had to purchase a wine bottle opener, no salt or pepper). Yard needs to be trimmed and weeded to get to the back. Loved the square kitchen table area for games and coffee. Housekeeping did not have the house very clean, sand still in sink area, and every window covered in handprints. Just really needs to be cleaned better and updated furniture.

Great Location

Spent the past week here with my family and it is the perfect location. You can easily walk or bike to the pool at Camp Watercolor and it’s just a short 5 min drive to the Beach Club pool and beach. It’s also very close to Seaside town square and the neighboring areas. The house is plenty big for a few different couples. Lots of porch and outdoor space at the house. Loved the outdoor swings on the upstairs porch. The perfect place to start the morning with a cup of coffee and book. The day we arrived, we received a call that the freezer broke and they were trying to repair it. Unfortunately it wasn’t repaired during our stay, but they were kind enough to drop off a fridge/freezer for the front porch for us to use. Great customer service! Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend renting through 360 Blue.

My stay was an extremely positive experience. The house was so beautiful and tastefully decorated. The room accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The showers were wonderful!!The wonderful wrap porch overlooked a well maintained green space. What an amazing stay. The house was amazing- perfect for our whole family! We loved taking the bikes to the beach, hanging out by the pool, doing some shopping and exploring the restaurants in the area! The beach was more beautiful than we could have imagined! This was our 4th year to stay at this home in Watercolor. Location and easy of this Home works well with our family. I always purchase fresh flowers and would love to have a vase for that. Sounds like nothing but the water pitcher might not be such a good idea. 😀 staff is always helpful. No maintenance issues this trip. See you next year.

328 Red Cedar Way - what a fabulous home-away-from-home! We very much enjoyed this charming and spacious house in Watercolor - its elegant furnishings and decor, its 3 porches, and its user friendly living/dining/kitchen area graced with an oyster-shell fireplace. Its location is perfect: easy access to the beach club, to 4 pools, to a children's camp site, and to Seaside. We loved it and will definitely go back! Renee and Sam
