We recently stayed at this vacation rental, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning stopped working multiple times during our stay. With the hot weather, it made the place uncomfortable, especially at night. We tried reaching out to the 360 Blue the first time the unit went out (late one evening after a long day in the sun and a long travel day before) multiple times to report the issue, but the response was slow, and when we did hear back, there was little they could offer that late at night. We ended up having to book another room for the night, obviously being exhausted and not wanting to wait around in the heat for maintenance to see if it could even be fixed. The poor customer service was really frustrating. It seemed like the host wasn’t really concerned about the inconvenience we were facing. For a rental that promises a comfortable, relaxing experience, it was anything but.I’ve stayed in plenty of rentals before, and I’ve never encountered such a lack of responsibility. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their maintenance and customer service.Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're sure the issues are fixed, and you’re prepared for a potential lack of support if something goes wrong during your stay.
