*Beginning in March 2025 and continuing through February 2026, the WaterSound Crossings condominiums will undergo an extensive exterior refurbishment project. During this period, residents and guests should expect significant construction activity, including the boarding of windows and restricted access to balconies in affected buildings. These measures are necessary to ensure safety and facilitate the successful completion of the work.

*Per the HOA Policies: Nothing to be draped on railings. Balconies to be kept neat and clean. No grills (gas, charcoal, electric or similar apparatus) are allowed on balconies, under any overhang or within 20ft of any structure per the FL Fire Prevention Code, NFPA 1 chapter 10.11.6.1. The Water Sound Rules and Regs further specify that only the grills provided in the pool enclosure are allowed on property.

*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
