*Beginning in March 2025 and continuing through 2026, the WaterSound Crossings condominiums will undergo an extensive exterior refurbishment project. During this period, residents and guests should expect significant construction activity, including the boarding of windows and restricted access to balconies in affected buildings. These measures are necessary to ensure safety and facilitate the successful completion of the work.
