The location was excellent. Easy access to great beach for swimming and snorkeling right in front - no need to drive if don’t wish, 3 mile round trip walking path along coast for morning people, 2 pools for when waves may be too rough for some. Quiet complex. Individual AC for each bedroom and living room!! Hosts VERY responsive to questions. Would stay here again!

The condo at Elua was a great property. It was quite, easy access to local shops and restaurants. Right on Ulua beach with 2 pools. The condo had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Mahalo

We could not have stayed at a better place for us! The condo was so comfy and convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. We had access to a beach, pools and workout facilities that were perfect for our active family.Tim made check-in and check-out effortless. It was such a pleasure spending the week in Wailea. I can’t wait to return to this special place.

Wonderful property, and the owners did everything within their power to make your stay enjoyable, including offering up dining options in advance. Elua Village is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and locales for activities. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk and the pools on property were very nice and not crowded (no saving chairs with towels) like you'd find at other resorts. The unit wasn't on the water (and if mobility is an issue, this should be a consideration for the 5-10 minute walk up/down hill to water/unit), but you have a partial view from the living room and main bedroom, and the cross breeze was delightful. The kitchen is well equipped, and nearly everything you'd need for on-water and beach excursions is in-house. Some very minor issues arose, but owners were on top of things. Highly recommend.

Thank you Andy for your kind words and thoughtful observations! I’m also glad you referenced the walk to the beach. Prospective guests should be aware we are just about the furthest building from the pool in Elua Village. (We time it as a 3-4 minute walk down the hill to the pool, 7-8 minutes up ;-) However (for those prospective guests), there is great guest parking right at the pool/beach entry, and our unit parking is directly in front of our condo. Driving might sound lazy, but it’s awfully convenient when carrying beach gear and kids. Significantly, we also price ourselves $200-$300 a night less than comparable units that are closer to the beach. I think this way we attract guests happy to either walk a bit further or drive the 2-3 minutes from our place to the pool/beach Thanks again for choosing us and we hope to have you return!

Great hosts and great communication. Nice gated condo with beach access and great pool set up on lawn just above beach. Plenty of shade too with the clubhouse by the pool. Unit is well stocked with everything you need. Great location because you can walk to the shops and good food very close. Unit has a bonus rear private patio that stays cool and is a great place to dry equipment and pool and beach stuff. Recommend this unit!
