The municipalities are making it more and more expensive to own property here as a non-resident. This has a major impact on the hospitality business at these properties. Please understand that we do not take the increase in our rental rates lightly, but only as a proportionate step to counter the new owner expenses imposed by the authorities. Additionally, the insurance coverage expense has skyrocketed, and the operational Owners Association monthly dues have significantly increased.
