This is the one, the best location at Elua. Beachfront 3 BD+3 BA private townhouse with a courtyard and a private beach lanai. New dining room furniture, new glass doors, new bedroom furniture and soft goods highlight this ideal property. If it's available, this is the home-away-from-home that you want for your family.
I would like to take a minute and discuss the value and pricing of these properties. In the last few years, Maui County has raised the property taxes significantly; INCREASES of $17,000 in 2023 and $31,000 in 2024 on this condominium alone. The municipalities are making it more and more expensive to own property here as a non-resident. This has a major impact on the hospitality business at these properties. Please understand that we do not take the increase in our rental rates lightly, but only as a proportionate step to counter the new owner expenses imposed by the authorities. Additionally, the insurance coverage expense has skyrocketed, and the operational Owners Association monthly dues have significantly increased. We need your business here on Maui if we are to survive and we want to have you as our guests at Wailea Vacation Rentals.
