Hale Ili Ili #A is a ground floor 3Bd 2 Bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, split system air conditioning throughout, washer and dryer, a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, an outdoor shower, 4 flat screen TV, and complimentary high speed wireless. The Living Room has a large flat Screen TV and Sonos Soundbar which makes for a great family movie night or your favorite playlist as you enjoy the sunset. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV and the guest room on the main level has 2 twin beds that can be made up into king bed upon request. The downstairs guest-bedroom includes a queen-sized alcove bed where you can fully relax. Additionally, it has a great theatre viewing experience, complete with a powerful split system AC, large Smart TV, Sonos Surround Sound, perfect for movies, sports, or your favorite shows. **Please note, the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for children under 12 years old, adult supervision in this area is required; additionally, the staircase can be rather steep for those with mobility issues. **
For your outdoor enjoyment, Hale Ili Ili #A provides beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and sand toys. Enjoy a legendary Maui sunset from your private Oceanview lanai dining area. Hale Ili Ili #A has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This number includes infants and toddlers. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Hale Ili Ili is an oceanfront gated 4 plex. This property is steps from Kamaole Beach #1 and Charley Young's Cove. Panoramic ocean views and magnificent sunsets can be seen daily from this property. This property has an oceanfront pool, hot tub and gas grill for your use.
Kamaole Beach #1 is world famous for swimming, body surfing, and snorkeling. This beach park has life guards, showers, bathrooms and picnic areas. At the other end of the beach is Cove Park the main surfing and paddle boarding beach in Kihei.

Our 8 and 10 year old loved walking to the beach, playing in the sand, swimming in the ocean, and even doing a little snorkeling by the rocks, where we saw a sea turtle! The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a boogie board, snorkeling equipment, and a cooler. We had coffee on the lanai in the morning at sunrise and enjoyed the sunset each evening. Absolutely loved our stay and fully intend to stay here again for our next trip!

Just as AMAZING as advertised

Hale ili ili was the perfect location! Overview of the beach was perfect as we could just walk out the back patio and down to the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. There were numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance which was great. We did however rent a van so we could explore the rest of Maui. There were many beautiful areas throughout but I feel that we were located in the best of all places. The condo was roomy, clean, and had so many extra items that were included for our use. There were 6 of us staying there and plenty of space for everyone. We were thoroughly impressed and are already contemplating when we should return again and book this same unit because it was one of the highlights of our trip. Management of the property was very friendly and communicative and enhanced the stay even more. We look forward to returning to Maui and we'll be sure to prioritize booking this unit again!

Oceanfront Paradise

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing ocean views. We loved swimming with the sea turtles just steps from our back door. Very nice private pool and hot tub. Great location on the island. The condo had plenty of living area to spread out and enjoy. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Wonderful location.

Wonderful location! The unit was very clean & well stocked, it has every kitchen appliance you need & more, comes with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and snorkel gear. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves 99% of the time. It was so nice to just chill on our private patio and have beaches & snorkelling just minutes away, we didn’t have to drive somewhere all the time. I enjoyed coffee in the hot tub every morning looking out at the whales. Very relaxing! Private secured parking is at your front door. Lots of stores and restaurants a short walk away. Very spacious for 4 adults. It really felt like a home away from home!

You can walk directly to Kam 1 within one minute. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves 99% of the time. The "complex" is small, quiet and well-kept. You can walk to shops, restaurants and a great playground. The unit is very spacious with lots of upgraded details, but you can tell it is a well-loved rental and some items should be updated and/or replaced (patio furniture, pots & pans, board games, couches).

Beautiful location

Very special. Beautiful porch overlooking the pool and wonderful sunsets. Easy walk to several beaches, including snorkeling, and South Maui Gardens, which has coffee, shops, food, trucks, music, yoga, etc..

Very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have been more pleased with this choice for our stay. This unit is well stocked with anything you need if you want to cook some of your own meals.As a side note, we were in Maui during the tragic wildfires and at no time did we ever feel treatened at this location.

All the little things

The location was perfect. The view was incredible but the very short walk down the trail to Charley Young Beach was easy. The beach was perfect. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of sea turtles! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, as well as surfing lessons! But the little things in the condo made the difference. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, box fans (we are white noise sleepers), binoculars, games, books…I could go on and on. We loved the area because it did not feel so touristy and busy even though there was plenty to do close by. Hot tub and pool was perfect also! I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

What a GREAT Stay!!

This condo is absolutely amazing! It was great waking up to the stunning ocean views every morning and watching gorgeous sunsets in the evening. And it's just a minute walk to the beach! The property manager, Kathy, met us at check in to show us around and was very helpful throughout our stay. Thanks Kathy & Craig too! The condo was immaculate and was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkle gear and beach towels. The location is perfect and has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also great to have our vehicle secure behind a gated entry. We absolutely plan to stay here on our next visit to Maui. Can't wait!

Great Hidden Gem

This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first! The location is amazing. The pool feels like your own, beach right outside your back door. Great food close by. Can’t wait to return!
