Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Highlight ist definitiv der Balkon. Man hat eine unglaublich schöne Aussicht! Durch den Balkon hat man auch in den Zeiten, in denen man nicht unterwegs war, sehr viel von der Schönheit von Port Grimaud mitbekommen. Wir haben zu allen Tageszeiten dort gegessen und lange gesessen und die Bote beobachtet und den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Neben dem Balkon ist auch die Wohnung sehr schön und gemütlich und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist top.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé, avec une belle situation (vue sur les canaux, 15-20mn de la petite plage et du centre ville), dans un résidence calme (la période de début septembre y était sans doute pour quelque chose). Sans oublié la réactivité du propriétaire suite au souci de volet roulant ;-) Je recommande sans retenue.

Tolles Apartment mit Balkon und superschönen Ausblick

Ein geschmackvoll renoviertes Apartment mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre und einem Ausblick auf Port Grimaud, der den Urlaub augenblicklich beginnen lässt. Es ist ausserdem an alles gedacht. Handtücher in Küche und Bad. Reinigungsmittel und Tücher, Staubsauger und Bügeleisen waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Olivier war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und bei allen Fragen stets hilfsbereit. Die kurze Entfernung zum Bäcker und zum kleinen Supermarkt ließen es an nichts fehlen, um jeden einzelnen Urlaubstag genussvoll zu beginnen. Wenn es mich wieder nach Port Grimaud zieht, würde ich dieses Apartment gerne wieder buchen.

Che dire... La casa è piccola ma c'è tutto il necessario di cui si ha bisogno. La vista sui canali è eccezionale! Inoltre è un luogo molto tranquillo dove ci si può rilassare e un ottimo punto di partenza se si vuole visitare spiaggie e paesini provenzali nei dintorni. Il proprietario è puntuale e disponibile.

exceptionnel, rien a dire, que du bonheur...

propriétaire a l’écoute et réactif pour les "nombreuses questions" de l'avant séjour... Séjour première semaine des vacances scolaires juillet 2017, tres peu de monde dans port grimaud, excellente periode pour decouvrir ce village, pas grand monde sur les plages non plus, d'ailleurs, le propriétaire laisse a notre disposition des cartes d'embarquement pour la navette/bateau qui passe toutes les heures au pied de l'appartement et qui vous emmène la ou vous voulez, grande plage, petite plage, commerces, marché, etc...a chaque fois, petite balade sur l'eau...le pied... Concernant l'appartement, en couple, c'est parfait, climatisation (super appréciable), belle terrasse vue sur les canaux pour petit dej, dej et dîner, et très très calme, pas un bruit, vue sur les canaux, personne au dessus car on est au second et dernier étage. Si je devais exprimer une critique, le tire bouchon est a changer, car pas pratique pour ouvrir les belles bouteilles de rosé "cote de provence". marché, centre ville et plages a env 10 min a pied, un grand centre leclerc a 10 min en voiture, que du bonheur, aucun prblm... Fabrice.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsene + ein Kind 13 J.) hatten schöne Ferien in einer tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Ferienwohnung. Wie beschrieben ist die Wohnung mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet, mit der wir nach unseren Strandaufenthalten die Badetücher waschen konnten. Auch sind in der Wohnung ausreichend Badetücher vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen für Ausflüge nach St. Tropez (am besten mit der Fähre ab Port Grimaud), nach Nizza oder in alte Bergdörfer wie z.B. Ramatuelle. Der Strand ist bequem mit dem Wassertaxi erreichbar, Abfahrt etwa jede Stunde, 30m von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Strand ist auch fussläufig, nach guten 10 min. erreichbar. Die Reservierung, Schlüsselübergabe und Rückzahlung der Kaution liefen problemlos. Der Vermieter, Olivier, ist sehr zuverlässig und für alle Fragen erreichbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen und würden unseren Urlaub wieder dort verbringen.

Appartement très bien situé et soigné

Cet appartement est idéalement situé avec vue sur le canal. Ce logement est bien équipé et surtout très soigné. Le propriétaire est très disponible et rapide dans ses mails. Les plages sont proches et bénéficions de navettes "bateau" pour y accéder. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour que nous conseillons. Merci encore M. le propriétaire
