This gated compound includes a private courtyard, a shared swimming pool, and free street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll be surrounded by century-old wood flooring and modern appliances, making your stay both comfortable and stylish. Whether you're here for the culture, vibrant nightlife, or world-class dining, Residences du Carondelet puts you in the perfect spot to explore New Orleans.
Just steps from the St. Charles Streetcar, you'll have easy access to the Garden District, French Quarter, Central Business District, and Superdome. With top restaurants and lively music venues nearby, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and luxury.

• Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed
• Extra guests require management consent
• State ID or driver’s license copy required upon booking
• City residents must book a minimum 3-night stay
• Attention:
Your unit number is 1533. The main door to your unit is located within the courtyard, so you’ll need to enter the courtyard first before reaching your unit. The courtyard has two gate entrances:
First Gate: Located between 1525 and 1527 Carondelet St. Use the gate code provided to open this courtyard entrance.
Second Gate: Located at 1719 Terpsichore St. Use the same gate code for access.
Once inside the courtyard, follow the directions to your unit’s main door.
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
