Located in front of the historic Inn Between Bar & Grill, entertainment is just steps away. The iconic local Pub offer a variety of craft beers delicious sandwiches and an overall convivial setting. The lake house shares green space, two piers and parking with the pub. The Beckman House is located on the North Shore of beautiful Delavan Lake in Woodlawn Bay.

Enjoy the breathtaking sunrises as you’re literally a stone’s throw from the water’s edge. This luxury lakefront home was built in 2007 with all the modern amenities to ensure a perfect Wisconsin get-away. The open concept main floor has a one bedroom, one bathroom and a gourmet kitchen, large dining area, fireplace and a front porch with panoramic views of Delavan Lake. The finished lower level has a gathering and gaming area, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The upper level has two bedrooms (Including a master suite) and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms have spectacular northeast views overlooking the lake. There is also a dedicated laundry room for guests.

Guests are allowed to bring their own boat however there is not a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is typically abundantly available however during peak months/hours the piers tend to fill up with bar patrons. Swimming off the pier is not encouraged due to the amount of boat traffic.

Extras: Gas Grill, Two TV’s, Wi-Fi internet, Electric Dart Board and a lakeside picnic area.

This is a terrific get-away for reunions, wedding stays, business team building or just a great Wisconsin escape.

Book this property!! The manager was phenomenal. His responsiveness was 1st rate. There were activities aplenty! There were pubs to go to everywhere, attractions surround the area and quiet time just enjoying the lake from outside or from the well appointed sunroom. The views are spectacular.

great for a large group!

Hosted my sisters bachelorette party and we had so much fun. The house was perfect and had everything we needed , we cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked. Having access to the bar next door was a blast. Plenty of seating for a large group. Greg was communicative and easy to get ahold of. All around a wonderful stay!

Feels like home

My family and I just enjoyed a weekend at this home. This is our third stay here. When we walked in the house we felt like we were home. This place is comfortable for all ages and meets the needs of all our family members from 3-73. The owners of the home are kind and friendly. We will be back.

Just what we expected

This is a great home in a bustling neighborhood. The young kids enjoyed watching all of the boats and pontoons dock to visit The Inn Between. Adults were able to paddle board from the lake shore. The kitchen supplies were on an adequate vs. fully-stocked scale, but there is plenty of room for large family meals. Plus, you can always get a late night snack or beer from The Inn. Such a friendly scene!

Loved the house! Our suggestion is to have more brighter lighting. We played cards on the round table in the sunroom and could barely see once it got dark. Same in the bedrooms . A few of the beds were very creaky. Outside of those small things the house was perfect for us, and we had fun meeting Rico at the Inn Between!

Perfect Spot for Lake Weekend with Friends

Just had my bachelor party here with a group of 10 guys and this the perfect spot. The bar next door has good food and is a great place to hangout. The house itself has plenty of communal space (more than I realized) and plenty of room to sleep even a couple more than we had. Overall I would recommend this house for anyone.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. We had 5 couples and this house gave everyone their own bedroom and bathroom. Workers at the Inn Between were awesome. Thanks to Dean, Ari and Bella..outstanding customer service!!We truly enjoy staying at this house but this year we noticed a sewer gas smell from the bathrooms. It seemed like the more we used the water the worse it became. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed.Music from the bar will always be an issue, if the outside speaker could just be turned off at an earlier time it would be great. Friday night the music was on until 1:30am. On Saturday night, thanks to Bella, the speaker was never turned on! Easy fix...thank you!!!We plan on visiting Lake Geneva again and will still consider this house because it really suits our needs.

50th B-Day celebration

We celebrated my wife's 50th b-day with with adult family and friends. The Beckman House is absolutely perfect. There is more than enough room in this house. It is well equiped. The location is literally steps from the water. Toss a line in the water right off of the docks and you will catch something. It is also right next to the Inn Between. So, if you dont want to cook, walk next door and eat at the Inn Between. We can't wait to come back.

Veteran's Day Getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend!! 5 couples all with their own room and bathroom. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the sunroom, just needs a bit more lighting. The food and drinks at the Inn Between Bar were delicious. The only problem with this rental was that the bar stays open late and it is very loud with people and music. We knew this when we booked the house because of other reviews. Besides that, everything was great and we hope to stay there again next year.

Wedding weekend!

We were in town for a wedding at the Delavan Yacht club. 13 people from 2 years old to 70. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. There were ample dishes and cookware to accommodate our numbers. Gas stove!! A major plus for this cook! Loved that we could walk to the yacht club as we helped with some of the event set up. Beds were comfortable. Fun dart board in the basement. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Great house for our group of 7

Very nice, big house with lots of room for our girls’ getaway weekend. We loved being right on the lake and the large space to accommodate all of us comfortably. Hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen with everything we needed to cook lots of meals. The enclosed sunroom with screened windows had a separate dining and lounge area. 6 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone to have space and privacy. We only heard the bar next door a little after 10 pm. Not bad but you may want earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. We really enjoyed this house!

Fun property

House was great, great view of lake, as others have said, first floor bedroom is not good for sleeping until the bar closes. People are directly outside of your room on 2 sides. There is also a lot of foot traffic from the docks. I imagine it’s really busy in summer. Location was convenient, plenty of dishes etc, room to spread out. Our group thoroughly enjoyed it

Great House with Adult Children

We have kids 24,23,22, and 20 and this was a perfect house for us. Space for a few friends to stay, lots of games in the yard, and the best bar on the lake out our back door! We were able to dock our boat when we needed to as well! Greg the property manager was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Thought the bar on the property might be a problem. It was not. Pleasant, family-oriented clientele. House had a large dining table for dining or games, smaller table for 4 card players, excellent kitchen. The teens enjoyed the electric dart game and lower level bedrooms
