The only major thing it lacks is a generator and our power did go out for a few hours at night. There could be some improvements done with kitchen but overall the stay was wonderful.I would recommend taking the plastic off the dining room chairs.

High Hopes is decorated with comfort and style in mind. It was exactly as pictured. 3 bathrooms was such a treat for our group! The views and porch were amazing. We loved spending time at the ocean in the morning and then going to Sea of Abaco for sunset. Having the North send Dock nearby was a great help! Having a golf cart was a necessity but we loved the house! The AC was amazing!!!

Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect property and setting but there are many things that need to be fixed and updated in order to make it a pleasurable experience. Only 2 burners worked on the outdated stove, my son had to lay on the floor to light the oven. The outdated refrigerator leaked. One bedroom was without ac for 4 nights. The steps to the beach are a mess, so there is no easy access to the beach. The hammock in the gazebo has a huge hole so it is unusable. This could be a 5* property and rental but it really needs to have a completely new kitchen and TLC.

The house is a little ways from town so you will likely need bikes or a golf cart. We stayed in the end of March and we should have booked more things in advance. Carts and boats were all booked up.
