More time in our luxurious beds with high thread count sheets, and incredibly comfortable mattresses. More time in our spotlessly clean home, with the highest standards for cleaning between guests.
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been furnished with attention to detail. Our rental price includes housekeeping every week (for long term rentals), and pool service 2x a week. Our pool a very large, very deep pool, 40 feet long, 17 feet wide and 3-10 feet deep.
Location
Located in the Oasis Del Sol neighborhood, our home is 1.5 miles from Palm Canyon Drive. Palm Canyon Drive was originally known as Main Street and it is the heart and soul of Palm Springs. Countless Restaurants, nightspots, coffee shops, retail stores plus the burgeoning design district are all located on Palm Canyon Drive. Thursday Nights the city hosts “Village Fest” with music, food, street performers and local vendors all on hand for your enjoyment. The Palm Springs Art Museum is located one block west of Palm Canyon, admission fees are waived on Thursday evenings during Village Fest. All of our favorite restaurants, and nightspots are located on Palm Canyon Drive. Outdoor Living
Our Outdoor space is large and very private. Surrounded by a fence and a wall our large deep pool and spa are the perfect private retreat. Our eclectic mix of outdoor furniture creates an outstanding outdoor daily living experience. Five outdoor dining tables, lounges, couch, wingback chairs, and umbrellas are placed thoughtfully in this private oasis. Our pool is a salt water pool that is professionally maintained 2x week. No harsh chemicals in this pool, just crystal clear water that feels great on your skin. Misting system & four umbrellas around the pool are available to help keep you cool while you enjoy the pool area. A natural gas grill is on the back patio. Push button controls are available to manage the spa, mist system, pool lights and fountain.
Our Courtyard, professionally designed by Desert Landscape Design, creates a new space to enjoy the mild Palm Springs weather. The courtyard's waterfall, dining table with seating for 8, and a conversation area with a Fire Pit are all designed with views of the San Jacinto mountains west of Palm Springs.
We have seven palm trees, six citrus trees, a papaya tree, and two olive trees on the property, along with over a 100 ficus trees that wrap around the yard to create maximum privacy. Fruit from these trees are available to guests in season.
Indoor Retreat
The living room features an Italian Leather Sectional Sofa & a 70" TV. We have two oversized Mika Aire ceiling fans to help keep you comfortable in warm weather. The dining room has a large frosted glass table, and comfortable seating. A contemporary glass chandelier completes the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, plus many small appliances. Euro cabinetry with pullout draws provide ample room and ease of use. Side by side frig with in door ice/water, quick touch microwave, electric stove with self cleaning oven, and a Bosch dishwasher that holds 8 full sets of dishes are all part of this kitchen. Our pantry is stocked with many of the basics you may need plus lots of coffee and tea choices. A full set of spices are made available to our guests.
We love our beds, and we have dressed our beds with fine sheets topping quality mattresses. Our three bedrooms are all thoughtfully furnished with comfortable matresses, quality linens, plus both foam and feather pillows. We have placed plenty of lighting in each room. Oversized closets with lots of hangers provides ample room for all you bring. Large dressers provide space for your folded clothes. Luggage racks are available in the guest rooms. All rooms have newly installed French doors with direct access to the pool or courtyard. Each bedroom has electric blackout shades that rise and fall with the simple touch of a remote. Extra fans and evaporative coolers are available to help keep cool in warm weather. Our master bedroom has a separate AC unit to cool this south facing bedroom in even the hottest weather.
Our master bath features a double sink vanity, plus lots of cabinet space. Our guest bath is located conveniently in the hall providing ease of access for guests. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer located under the sink. We provide Bath and Hair Products for our guests. There is sunscreen in each bathroom cabinet. A full set of towels will be provided for each guest, plus pool towels.
A Halo full home 10 stage water conditioning/ filter system is installed in our home.
We have a front loading washer and dryer, available for long term guests only. Both are on pedestals for easy access.
Technology
High speed internet with Orbi routers make Internet or content streaming available throughout the property. We speed test the internet frequently and typically get 500 Mbps for download and 26 Mbps for upload with 0% loss. Netflix, Max, Paramount, Fubu and Prime are loaded on all our smart TVs. All TVs are equipped to stream content. Front door lock is an electronic lock, front gate is key pad operated. Ring cameras and a Ring doorbell are a part of our smart home. Cameras are placed to help secure the home, but are not located in the pool area. A WIFI printer is provided for guest use. Our spa, fountain, and pool light are all operated by a set of push button controls on the side of the home. They are all automated through a pentair control box located on the east side of the home.
Services
Upon request our house manager will greet you and provide a personal introduction to the property and it’s operation. If you prefer a no contact check in please let us know, this is available and easily arranged for you. 24 hour emergency maintenance is available for all rentals. Electric*, water, and pool service are all inclusive. Heated pool is a separate fee and is payable in advance. *July and August have a summer electric surcharge of $30 per day.
Advisories and Added Information
The city of Palm Springs requires a copy of the a government issued ID from the guest making a reservation to stay in a vacation rental. This ID copy must be provided to the host prior to check in.
Please be advised that the City of Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance, and it is enforced. Any violations will be the renters responsibility, violations can be accessed by the City at a rate as high as $2000.00 per incident. Consequently parties are not permitted at this property. Included in your rental package is a pamphlet from the City of Palm Springs outlining responsibilities of vacation renters in Palm Springs. The City does require the collection of an occupancy tax. This tax is collected with your payment. Cameras are placed around entire home to help secure the home. Cameras are not placed in the pool area. Please be aware that should a noise complaint be called into the city, a code enforcement officer will videotape the noise and use a noise meter to access the fine.
A charge of $500 per camera will be accessed to any guest that tampers with the security cameras. Upon request we can turn off cameras for the guest’s privacy or our house manager will be happy to temporarily remove certain cameras. Please reach out to us at any time about our cameras. We are happy to help you navigate our security cameras in a way that makes your trip the best for you.
On demand movies or movies purchased through Amazon will be charged to guest as an addtional fee, payment required at time our use.

On Rentals that exceed 28 days (long term rentals) the City of Palm Springs does not require the collection of rental tax, this cost will be waived. Please send us a request to rent and we will send you special pricing for 28+ rentals.
Accessibility
Please note, this home has a series of steps at the entry that make it inaccessible for wheelchairs, and difficult to navigate with a walker. There is no handrail on the steps. The home lacks the turning radius necessary for a wheelchair to access the restrooms.
Child Safety Warning
This home is wholly unsuitable for young children. It is not child proof at all. The pool is accessible from every door in the home. The pool is not equipped with an alarm and is not safe for children. The owner strongly recommends that families with children seek accommodations at another property that is safe for children. Guests assume all liability for any injuries or death that may arise as a result of children staying in this home.
Due to owner’s allergies and asthma no animals are permitted in this home. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in this home or on this property. If you smoke during your stay we will have to bring in a professional remediation company to remove the smoke, they charge upwards of $5000 for their services, the guest will be charged this amount to their account.
Please note that for the health of the people who work for us, we do require guests to be vaccinated.
