You'll enjoy all the comforts of home in this 3 bedroom (plus queen size sofa bed) , 2 bath top floor unit. With an open floor plan & cathedral ceilings, it's a perfect fit to accommodate smaller or larger groups (no more than 8). This is a unique condo in the BEST complex in beautiful Magnolia Pointe. From your balcony, to the right, you can watch golfers tackle the challenging par 5, Pine Hills #13 hole (view of the green and bunkers surrounding the green). To the left you then have a gorgeous view of the pool and picnic/grilling areas.

This condo is decorated like NO other condominium in Magnolia Pointe. If you like bright, vibrant colors with home-like comfort, this is your place. This condo is furnished to the 'gills', has cathedral ceilings and has brand new furniture throughout. Whether you're a golf enthusiast, baseball family or a beach goer, you'll find the comforts of home and surreal decor. The pictures speak for themselves.

The best part about this condo should be the inside but realistically it's definitely the point of view from the balcony. In the evenings you have the best sunsets. The best golf views and you can even yell down to the kids (or husband/wife) at the pool to take your lunch or dinner orders. This location truly makes your vacation so much simpler and most importantly - more comfortable.

Beautiful condo in great location

We stayed here as a family of 5 for our week-long holiday to Myrtle Beach. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and provided all the amenities we were looking for. Our kids loved the pool and we loved that it was just a few steps away. It is also very close to most major attractions as well as the beach. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family!

We stayed for 3-1/2 months and are excited to return next winter! We like the location, as you are close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. but are not paying to be right on the beach! The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable.

My family enjoyed our visit to Myrtle Beach so much - partly because we hardly had to leave the condo resort ! My husband went golfing every day we were there, while I spent a lot of time at the pool with my toddler and mother in law. The actual condo was so clean and spacious enough for all of us, and the kitchen being fully equipped helped to keep us eating home cooked meals every day ! We definitely look forward to another stay here.

Our stay here in Myrtle Beach was fantastic. The location is great, everything was nice and clean, and the hosts were quick to respond to messages. There was more than enough space for our family of 4. The only thing negative I have to say is we did get a warning for parking our car too far over the sidewalk. We were in a parking spot like usual but they thought our front end was too far over the sidewalk. We thought that was a little odd because there was plenty of room to walk. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic!

My wife, Lindsey and I bought this condo in October of 2017. We originally started looking as soon as we returned from our 'grown-up' golf retreat down in August of 2016. The weird part was we went to golf and relax never expecting to find ourselves immersed in all-kinds of fun activities. There was only one issue with that scenario. We quickly realized we were lost without the boys - yes, we needed the boys for all this fun. The best part was we weren't in a car for more than 5 minutes before we could actually enjoy the different attractions. And when you have kids, you know how much they appreciate that!! We are so pleased to have found a place to call 'home'. We hope if you choose to visit you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We have two properties in Magnolia Pointe. We own a two bedroom right in the building next door on the second floor. Both are wonderful condos and we call both home. However, we did realize that to have larger space and an even wider view of the grounds, including the pool and golf course, would only benefit the whole family for years to come. We bought this top floor unit because it gave us a chance to put our own spin on what we feel is the perfect getaway. The open layout and larger cathedral ceilings makes the condo feel even bigger too. We love the beach and golf so we tried to implement the feel of the beach into a golfing community. We hope you love it as much as we do. It took a lot of hard work and pain staking shopping to get it where it is today.
