The home is very nice and it is on a private driveway. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new king Nordstrom mattress and a new flat-panel 50" screen TV. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub, double vanity and a over sized granite shower.
The second bedroom has a queen and a twin and a private bathroom with granite counters and large shower. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds with access to the deck and a great bathroom with a double vanity and an over sized steam shower.
There is a 500 square foot deck with views of both Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and a deluxe private outdoor hot tub and a The kitchen has high-end finishing and appliances and fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The living room has a granite gas fireplace and a new flat-panel TV.
Ground floor includes movie room with a 60inch TV and a bar.
