Great spot 1 minute walk from the beach, 9 of us stayed - felt spacious and lots of utensils for us to use! Host was super lovely and helpful offering us skim boards to use. Spa was also a great use! Would defiantly reccomend this accomodation!

The property location was very nice (right across from welcome beach). The owner lives on site, so we were able to ask any questions we had. It is a little tight driving up to the house as the driveway is a bit narrow where the owner's trailer is situated. The house is a little outdated and could use some refurbishing, but it was clean and the appliances were newer. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck which faces the ocean and the hot tub was a bonus. One quirky feature of the house is accessing the loft upstairs. There is no inside access you have to walk out of the main floor and up the stairs on the outside of the house. So, if you have mobility issues or have to pee a lot in the night this might be a concern. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Ray is amazing, and Konrad Cottage is a definite recommend!

Our stay at the Konrad cottage was nothing short of amazing. Ray is a communicative and generous host, who makes sure you feel safe and welcome, and the cabin itself was super cute and homey. It's a two min or less walk to the beach, and the oceanside campfires were breathtaking. We would love to return to Konrad Cottage one day! :)

wonderful location, but not quite waterfront!

This property has a lot of pluses, quiet and awesome beach and hot tub. However there is a long narrow driveway to navigate to the actual house. which gives a short walk to the beach but it is certainly back from the water. Also this property could use some TLC. There was a tarp over the roof, missing cabinet door in the kitchen, the kitchen sink faucet was difficult to use and one element on the stove was not working. I felt it was a bit overpriced given the condition of the property

This was a nice cozy place right on the ocean. Great relaxing stay and highly reccomended

Great location and cozy spot. We were in the Cottage which was seconds from the oceans with a great view of the water from the deck. Nice, relaxing place to stay and a short drive from great hikes and all amenities. Ray was a great host and available for anything we needed. Was great we could bring our dog too. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful location, nicely equipped chalet perfect for a family getaway

We stayed here for a few days during March Break. There were two families with four kids (ages 8-20), four adults, and two dogs. The place was cozy and suited our group just fine. A stones throw to the beautiful serene ‘welcome beach’ and easy access to Sechelt and other local places to check out. The sunsets were incredible, and beach fires are allowed, making evenings on the beach really fun. Ray was a helpful host, always available to answer a quick question! Overall a very family friendly, dog friendly place to get away for a few days! We would go back for sure.

Nice Getaway

Myself and my 2 young daughters went away to finish off March break and we really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was very cozy and the beds were comfortable. We ate all our meals at the chalet and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the bbq. Fires on the beach, surrounded by wildlife and the hot tub on the deck was a bonus.

group of 6 men, of a mature age: very well maintained, equipped and comfortable.

Two nights' stay... 6 men on a Ski weekend. Very helpful and accommodating owner,, well maintained Cottage. It turns out the Bluenose DID have a bowsprit. Your painting really is of the Bluenose! Sorry if we caused any doubts to arise!!

Great cabin and so close to the beach!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at the cabin. We loved having a view of the ocean, the hot tub and particularly loved having a campfire on the beach.
