The place is huge and thoughtfully appointed. Has a comfy bed and kitchen has most everything you need including coffee! Great little spot in Dillon, close to everything.

Great Spot in Heart of Town
Can't say enough good things about this rental and its owner. I was really impressed with the design/comfort of the condo and enjoyed being within walking distance of the just about anything in town. The condo was clean and incredibly spacious and offered modern finishes. John has done a great job refurbishing this building and is a gracious host who responds promptly and thoroughly to questions.

Wonderful Place in the Perfect Part of Town
I stayed at the Loft for 3 weeks in May 2018. It is a great space. Very open with lots of windows, a nice bathroom, great kitchen that is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need and a lovely bedroom. There are laundry units and a mud room to keep your shoes and coats in. There were also a lot of unique details from when this was a school house that really recreates the history of building.
I felt very safe staying by myself. There is one door with a key that gets you into the building and another that gets you into your place with double locks. It is also in the perfect part of town. You can walk to almost anywhere in the town in just a few blocks. I walked over to the brewery a couple times and to a cute coffee shop as well. Great location if you are a runner as well. I took a few runs and bike rides all over the area.
John and his team were great! They checked in on my by text to see how everything was going and would fix it immediately if I had a concern.
Thanks for the great stay! If I am ever back in Dillon I will definitely be staying there again.
