Vacances de Rêve

Appartement avec terrasse très agréable , calme et décoré avec goût . Vous êtes situé au milieu du cap , proche des criques . A 7 min d Antibes 7 min de Juan les Pins à scooter . Un petit supermarché et un boucher sont à côté . Nous avons passé des vacances dans un endroit préservé avec une côte magnifique et une mer transparente! Nous reviendrons.

Süßes französisches Kleinod mit herrlicher Terrasse

Tolle Wohnung bzw. Stadthäuschen in sehr guter Lage am Cap Antibes. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 20min in Antibes. Parktechnisch findet man Abends immer einen Parkplatz direkt gegenüber, tagsüber kann es schwierig werden. Bis zum Strand (Sandstrand auf der einen Seite oder Felsenbucht zur anderen Seite) sind es gut 10min Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht, die Bäder sind sauber mit wenigen leichten Feuchtigkeitsstellen. Der Vorraum/Veranda ist toll, um die Strandsachen zu lagern. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, hier kann man ganz für sich unter schattigen Bäumen entspannen und essen, wir haben dort jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und häufig Abendbrot gegessen. Trotz der Hinterhof-Lage hört man die Strasse in der Nacht etwas. Fazit: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kleines Minus: Im Vorraum, durch den man muss, um ins Haus zu gelangen, riecht es manchmal etwas nach Abwasser, das ist lt. Vermieter dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet.

Sehr schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail in nette Nachbarschaft mit hohen Erholungsfaktor.

Sehr gute Lage. Die Strände sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Linienbus vor der Haustür. Parkplatz wahr eher Glücksache da musste man einbissien Geduld haben um was freies zu finden.

Inoubliable et très agréable

Toute la famille a passé d'excellentes vacances (2 adultes et 3 enfants). La location est bien équipée et très confortable. Son arrangement est soigné et réalisé avec goût. La terrasse est bien aménagée. La location est à proximité de 2 plages et de petites criques. 2 supérettes se trouvent à 100 mètres. Aucun problème de stationnement en plein mois d'août. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants, disponibles et s'inquiètent du confort de leurs locataires. Un conseil : en août, allez dans les criques (les petites plages sont saturées les samedis et dimanches).

Fantastisk lejlighed i charmerende ejendom

Har besøgt denne charmerende lejlighed mange gange , både som ferie med familie og golfferie med venner. Lejligheden er lækkert indrettet med fantastisk have og tæt på restauranter og strand , man kan tydelig mærke at familien bag lejligheden har fantastisk smag . Ægte sydfransk charme

Vi havde endnu en sublim ferie i denne dejlige bolig, som vi har besøgt flere gange. Vi vender tilbage på grund af den særlige sydfranske stemning som man mærker i den ugenerte gårdhave, med liggestole og havemøbler, her kan man slappe af i private omgivelser, hvis man ikke vil besøge den nærliggende strand med strandstole og restauranter. Selve boligen er intim og i standsat med respekt for området.

Dette er bare den hyggeligste lille perle med en super beliggenhed tæt på en fantastisk strand og på indkøb. Kan kun anbefale stedet på det varmeste!!!

Skøn lejlighed - Perfekt belligenhed

Lejligeden var flot indrettet, med en dejlig gårdhave. Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk. Desuden er Martin en rigtig god vært, alt er gik let og uden problemer.

Why they chose this property

Unique location in quite surroundings with own little private garden and only 500 m to the sea. On the edge of Cap d'Antibes. Supermarket just opposit and free parking outside. Fantastic walking just outside especially round the cap from Plade de la Garoupe to Villa Eilenroc. Many golf courses in the area and possble to ski in the Winter
