Really lovely well equipped comfortable apartment in a secure quiet location just a short walk from Juan Les Pins beach and promenade. Great communication with Yvan who responded quickly and was very helpful. The pool and table tennis were great facilities which we used regularly. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need and just a short walk to the supermarket. Perfect location to explore Antibes and surrounding area. We will be booking again!

L'appartement était bien équipée, tout fonctionnait comme décrit dans l'annonce et hôte sympatique. La résidence est super, joli piscine et très proche de commerces et plage.

Gutes Wohnung, sehr gute Lage

Eine große, saubere, etwas hellhörige Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage in toller Lage. Vieles wird zur Verfügung gestellt (z.B. Tennisschläger, Sonnenschirm), Küchenausstattung könnte umfassender sein. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft um die Côte d’Azur kennen zu lernen.

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Ferienanlage

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage und wir waren zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist funktionell und gut eingerichtet. Leider war der Terrassentisch nicht so wertig, wie auf dem Foto abgebildet und es gab auch nur einen Sessel für den Balkon. - Schade.

super leuk appartement

Super leuk appartement in hartje Juan Les Pins. Op 10 minuten van het strand en leuke bars en restaurants. Vlakbij kleine en grote supermarkten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voor handen! Ook een leuk en rustig zwembad voor de grote en kleintjes! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en goede zorgen door de eigenaar! Hier komen we zeker terug!

Très bel appartement situé à Juan les Pins

Un très bel appartement au sein d'une résidence sécurisée très bien situé ( proche des commerces, de la plage et de la gare Juan les Pins). Très propre et très bien équipé , l'appartement convient très bien à 3 ou 4 personnes. Je remercie Yvan pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Cet appartement sera pour nous une référence pour nos prochaines vacances à Antibes Juan les Pins.

Très bon séjour

Location idéalement placée permettant de ne pas utiliser la voiture (plage, commerces, transports en commun -notamment pour aller à Nice, Cannes ou encore Monaco- à proximité). L'ensemble de la résidence est très agréable et calme et dispose d'une piscine ainsi que de courts de tennis et tables de tennis de table accessibles aux résidents. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et agréable et en tous points conforme à la description. Les couchages sont de qualité et vous permettront un bon sommeil. Une place de parking privative et ombragée attend votre véhicule. Le propriétaire est accueillant et à votre écoute. Si nous devons retourner vers Antibes, c'est dans cette résidence que nous retournerons. Encore merci à Yvan pour ce séjour agréable.

Un très bon accueil dans cet appartement refait à neuf, d’une propreté irréprochable. L’équipement est absolument parfait, dans un environnement très agréable, très bien entretenu. Des commerces et la mer dans une toute proche proximité.Une piscine chauffée à partir de début avril… Inespéré !

Une superbe résidence,un très bel environnement, des allures de jardin tropical ,très reposant bien qu'à quelques minutes du centre ville.De très bonnes mesures de sécurité pour l'accès à la résidence et à l'appartement. Отдыхали неделю с друзьями в четвером, всё очень понравилось, спальные места удобные. Квартира со всеми удобствами и в резеденции имеется басейн и тенис. Недалеко от песчонного пляжа так что отлично провели время. Хозяин приветлив, рекомендую!
