House located in the village center of Montlouis sur loire, renowned wine village, you have all the amenities at the door of the house, many activities to practice (tennis, horseback riding, swimming, hiking, biking (the circuit of the Loire by bike passes in front of the house).
You can visit the most beautiful royal castles, (Amboise Chenonceau less than 20 minutes, and many other Villandry, Chambord, Chaumont and its garden festival).
Not to mention, the many wine cellars and troglodyte dwellings.
The Beauval Zoo and the Futuroscope are only an hour away ....
The house consists of a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with piano, a dining room with large fireplace.
Upstairs two large bedrooms with possibility TV in one, a multijet shower room, and a toilet / sink on the independent landing.

Courtyard closed and raised, for the relaxation, living room of garden and Barbecue

Lovely stay in the Loire Valley

The house was very comfortable and a super relaxing spot. We were in town for a wedding at the Chateau de la Bourdaisiere and the house was a short drive away. We loved enjoying coffee in the private garden. Our hosts were very helpful.

Lovely House

We truly enjoyed our visit. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and helped us get oriented with the house. Also gave us some great tips on restaurants to visit in the area. I have to say my favorite part of the house was the piano. :) I was sad that our visit was only for one night. I didn't realize how much there is to do in the area and would love to come back and spend a few days here. I highly recommend coming and staying at this listing!

Court et agréable séjour

Maison très sympa, pratique, avec un petit espace extérieur. C'est agréable d'être dans une maison qui vit toute l'année. Nous ne sommes resté qu'une nuit, donc pas assez longtemps pour nous sentir chez nous, mais tout est fait en ce sens.
