Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our week right on the beach in lovely, quiet Netarts! The whole family enjoyed the beach on the quiet bay water that allowed for kayaking and crabbing. The house has a lovely view and was clean, well-equipped and in great shape. We loved the deck and the firepit in the yard close to the beach. Plenty of parking! The property management was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. A short drive to cute Oceanside and to Tillamook.Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our third year in this rental, always a perfect location and fit for our extended family vacation. Unfortunately, the dryer is not working and all the bath towels and kitchen towels are sour smelling as they've been folded and put away wet, we were unable to wash our personal clothes as there isn't a clothes line or rack. Management said "we've been unhappy with that dryer since it was purchased" which isn't a good recommendation for LG products! otherwise a great rental, bring your own towels.

Amazing stay in Netarts Bay

Perfect for our family reunion. Easy access to the beach, beautiful views of the bay and Pacific Ocean. 14 minutes to Tillamook, and quick drive to Oceanside. Would happily stay here again.

Ideal house and location!

Everything about staying at this house was seamless and well thought out. From check-in to check-out, you can tell the owners made sure the house was in great condition and well stocked. The house layout is perfect for groups to spend time together or walk right on to the beach. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time here! Everything is very nice and we'll appointed. Kitchen has almost everything you could want. Great views and a super comfortable space. We'll be back!

Amazing home

We brought our children for spring break and the pictures don’t do it justice for how breathtaking the view is! The host is absolutely amazing and very responsive, which was a plus. The house was clean with extra linens and even though the town is small the mini mart is a very short drive for necessities. No one wanted to leave and we can’t wait to plan our next trip to return.

Excellent Location and Beautiful Home

This home was immaculate and identical to the listing and description. The location is spectacular and the home was such a great hosting spot for 8 guests. The home had all the amenities and would 💯% recommend this house for a large family or a small group of people. Check-in and communication with the property host was seamless. Great property.

Stayed several times never disappoints. One suggestion would be gas BBQ’s. Marked cleanliness as Ok because the last several years have noticed the bath and hand towels smell sour may need to buy new ones

Great Gathering Space

Our group had a wonderful stay at this house. The beds were all comfortable. The main room has a phenomenal view of Netarts Bay and great beach access. The kitchen is well stocked- everything we needed was there. The property manager contacted us upon arrival and was available anytime we had questions, responding immediately and generously to the few requests we made. It was the weekend getaway our group needed! Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Front Home

The location absolutely cannot be beat...walk down the stairs, across the lawn and you are on the beach. Ample parking, nice grounds with a fire pit, beautiful views. The inside of the house is nicely decorated and appointed. Two master bedrooms is a really nice touch, especially if you are sharing with two families, or lots of adult couples. The kitchen is pretty and functional. Everything worked...which is often not the case in rental houses. I have stayed in this home more than once and would not hesitate to rent it again.
