PERFECT

The location was great and the double sliding glass doors let in soooo much light. All bedrooms have large TV's which kept the girls entertained and they even had games in the TV stand. Will definitely stay there again.

Not enough hot water for 2 showers. No ice trays and the beds were very uncomfortable and the couch wore out!

Mixed emotions

The room was ok and clean. The lighting in the room was very dim, the elevator broke numerous times. I’m not lazy by any means but when you need to carry groceries and luggage to the 8th floor, it wasn’t fun. Beach is great, location is great , the pool is nice and the amenities in the area are good but the hot tub was down the last 2 of my 3 days there . The WiFi in the room and throughout the complex was horrible. There were multiple families in our party and all had issues with WiFi.

This was absolutely the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment was nasty upon arrival rust on the counters and refrigerator. Handle inside frig was broken, door stop was broken, dirty utensils. Not telling people about how bad the outside construction was is not professional. Paint dust all over the vehicle, noise was horrible, gates closed to the pool. Scaffolds laying on the pool deck, work starting very early, ropes hanging in front of the balcony. And still get charged full price. I know there were over 100 complaints called in front he guests there that week. We all were talking at the pool. No parking which was a pain, thinking people are gonna park 9 miles away was crazy. Parked across the street at the pizza place, they were very nice about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay here.

Nice stay...needed repairs

We stayed in 403E AquaVista Beautiful location! Beach was always roomy! Appreciated all the attention to detail for the beach safety, cleanliness of the beach, and access and space of the beach area available to us was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were great! The negatives were with the repairs needed in our condo... The closet door in the bunk room was completely broken off. The closet door to the washer/dryer did not have a track and was broken, as well. The glass sliding door lock (the one on the left...didn’t ever use the one on the right) to the balcony was completely broken...didn’t lock. The drain pull in the hall bathroom was broken. The front of the refrigerator is disgusting! It worked fine and the inside was fine, but I would suggest replacing it for aesthetic purposes! Really downgrades the kitchen. Kitchen cabinet paint was sticky and chipping. We had a nice stay, but these repairs should be fixed as soon as possible...makes the condo seem trashy. Positives of the condo: great water pressure in the showers, dishwasher worked great, washer and dryer seemed new, space and layout was nice. Sincerely, The Leibering Family Sent from my iPhone

Gorgeous views and great restaurants

We loved this location. The view from the condo was gorgeous. The beach was not crowded and we were able to walk to several fun restaurants and the pier. Camp Helen and St. Andrew’s State Parks were both within 25 minutes of the condo. The condo had everything we needed for a great family vacation.

Goob but confusing Information

The only issue was with parking passes. We were told we could print them off at check in due to the inability to type in the numbers on our laptop. We were then told housekeeping would bring them. And then had a warning about parking passes. We were then told that we could have two vehicles due to having two bedrooms but then had a warning for only one vehicle per unit. The condo cabinets were slightly dirty. With crumbs in the holds to open the lower cabinets. Other than that it was amazing.

Unit was HOT especially at night

We love staying at AquaVista and have stayed here several times but will never book room 403E again, unless major changes are made. 1) Fridge needs replaced, it is stained with spills or something all over it and even to the side of it on the wall. 2) Master bathroom tub took hours for the water to drain. 3) The unit never cooled down to what we wold have liked, which is around 70. They were quick to send someone out to look at the unit, which we called about the day after arriving. We were told the thermostat was being controlled by the owner and it would be fixed. Someone did return that night at 8pm, said he would be back first thing the following morning but don't believe he did cause we never heard or saw him again. Someone finally showed 4 days later, worked on thermostat and stated the thermostat was set so that only the fan was running at night! That explains everyone sweating every single night while trying to sleep!! It's a shame we didn't have control of the thermostat, especially considering the amount we paid for a week!!

Lovely property with great views!

My best friend and I went on a girls trip. It was the perfect setup for us. We enjoyed the balcony views from sunrise to sunset. The property was so close to all of the restaurants, grocery store and shopping. We will definitely be coming back!

Wish we had more time!
