If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

Great condo!

The condo was very spacious and well laid out with three bedrooms and two baths. The view of the gulf from the balcony was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time! Had all the appliances we needed. Your really only 1 floor from the pool and hot tub which was great with littles. 2 floors from the beach. Beds were comfortable. Hope to stay here again!

Great Location

Directly on the beach, so all you have to do is walk out the lower level. Directly across the street from Winn Dixie, so you can walk to get groceries. Some local restaurants, also within walking distance. Very short drive to Pier Park.

Great place and location

Easy check-in process. Comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen with everything needed. Great location - grocery store and restaurants on one side and beachfront on the other side. Nice staff working around the property and the beach. Main elevator was broken during the entire stay which was really only a problem when everyone was checking out at the same time.

Parents 50th Anniversary

In 1988, my parents started taking us to Aqua Vista on vacation. This year, we surprised them with this trip for their 50th anniversary. Love the fact that it’s not a high rise, thus less people and more enjoyment on the beach and property. It’s safe and secure with a guaranteed good time!

Large family friendly

Liked how the rooms were separated apart. Great view of the beach. Easy access to Pier Park and shopping areas. Would liked to have had a bigger bed in master bedroom so small children can sleep in bed with you if need be. Also, a place for clothing that does not get hung in closet. But overall, good place to stay!

Great stay

Our stay at the condo was great. Super close to the beach! Loved the location as we could let the teens go to the beach and pool and still keep a close eye on them. Condo was clean, no complaints there. There was construction going on that started each day at 7am but that wasn’t horrible if you like to get up early. There’s limited dishes - 2 bowls - so trying to have cereal, cook or have meals for a family isn’t very convenient. We ate out mostly. Be sure to read everything in advance and plan ahead to bring towels, laundry detergent, etc.

Aquavista property

Place wasn't clean very good, pictures on the advertising are different then what is in there. There was a couple broken chairs that we couldn't use. Our unit alwas right next to the hot tub wich hours are supposed to be 9 am-11pm after 11pm there was still people there with loud music. Wich honestly I wouldn't had care if I didn't had little kids with me. Overall it is a great location.

Great view but loud

The unit was spacious & patio was great with beautiful views. All the glass does not offer any sound barrier though- great for listening to the waves, not great for all the loud drunk frat boys who were right outside the master bedroom at the hot tub at midnight or later every night- guess that's PCB. Supposed to close at 11 but no one enforced it. Also, the door code to the beach gate only worked about one of 5 times (not just me, all the guests were talking about it). Overall, great place, but just know what kind of environment you're getting into. Four stars because the unit is nice, and any shortcomings likely aren't in the property owner's control.

Dirty dishes, filthy floors and ceiling fans. Mold in bathrooms and on air vents. Bugs coming from hole in ceiling in kids bathroom. Ceiling and walls full of holes and patches. Furniture not as pictured. Sofa so filthy it had to covered with a sheet to sit on. Broken dining chairs. Balcony doors wouldn’t lock properly.

Find another place!

Always check reviews before booking. I didn’t for this condo and regret it. We went down as a family. We was not given the gate code so immediately had to contact management which quickly gave me the code and we were able to get to our room. WELL let me tell you, it is dirty with many problems. The only clean thing in the whole place was the beds and bathroom. I don’t think anything else gets cleaned. I contacted management again about the spare bathroom because the shower and sink didn’t drain. They said maintenance would be there 9-10 the next morning. Not! The next day I asked again and they said 1 hour and still no show. I just gave up with that. The sliding doors have tinfoil around them and are super hard to open! The master bedroom doesn’t even lock. At least I couldn’t get it too. The ceiling is dirty and discolored. The floor was all kind of nasty with holes in it. We enjoyed our time but will not be back here!

Better options available

Let me start by saying this is not our first stay at Aquavista. We love the location, and the amenities! However, this condo leaves much to be desired. Upon arriving we immediately noticed that cleanliness was an issue. There was dust on everything, mold on the shower curtains and pubic hair on the toilet seat. There was also ceiling damage in the kitchen, tons of random screws in the walls, damage to the floors throughout, And Some mystery black sticky stuff inside the front shower all over the wall. I will say the most annoying thing was the fact that only the men were able to open and close the sliding glass door out to the patio. It was incredibly hard to open and close and took both hands and all your strength to slide open even slightly. Upon reaching out to management with my list of complaints I was told they could t do anything about most of it, but were able to send someone to fix the broken handle in the shower and replace the moldy shower curtain. The guy that came out was super nice and quickly fixed the shower handle, but when I asked about the shower curtain he stated that wasn’t his job. While this is a great location, There are plenty of other condos in this building in much better condition. We won’t be staying here again!

Easy access for families

This "roommate plan" was great for families looking for privacy and comfort. Interior was very spacious. Easily avoid all elevators with a quick 3rd floor location. Elevators can be really rough with families trying to get to dinner with kids or leave the beach for recuperation. Truly beach front. Easily walk to beach with all your stuff...no problem for people with kids or elderly. The beach is very clean and in our experience it was quiet! Not much going on...just really great beach front property. There is a swimming pool on this property, but it's not impressive.... We also had no issue using the parking deck despite the construction that was going on. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy literally across the street...very easy to park your vehicle and never move it again, if that's what you desire. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare food but you do need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry soap if you're there for more than a couple days. Easily access the Pier and other beach front restaurants from this property, as they are all under a couple miles. There are duplicate room numbers and East and West side...this is confusing because it appears to be 2 seperate buildings, but it is not. There is ONE building. The east side is on the right and the west side is on the left if your physically facing the beach. Don't over complicate it. Was really nice for a PCB stay. We have been a bit disappointed in the past 3 years...but I think we found our new PCB location. Thanks! 5 Stars

I won’t go back there.

The proximity to the water and the view was great. However, The building and the property was outdated, the kitchen supplies at a bare Minimum and in poor condition and the internet slow and at times intermittent. And to make things worse there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling leaking with mold all around it. Had we known of the mold situation we Would not have stayed especially that our grand baby was with us. Also being on the 3rd floor and the pool only a few feet down, the screams from kids swimming at close proximity was loud as much inside than outside may be because the glass doors are not the double sided kind which insulates the sound. I would not go back there.

Perfect for us

When looking for a place to escape our cold winter our number one priority was a balcony with a view and this one did not disappoint. We had two minor disappointments - the coffee maker didn't work (we bought them a new one so it should be good now) and the dining room chairs are unstable and severely uncomfortable. But everything that was important to us was perfect. ( The view and the location especially). Parking was very convenient and we think the fact that it's a smaller building compared to some in the area was a nice bonus as well. Definitely would stay here again!
