Catch up with good friends and family on the main floor. The living room boasts 15ft ceilings and two crushed velvet sofas to watch the game on. One sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests. A full bath is conveniently located behind the stairwell on the first floor.

A formal dining room adjacent to the recently renovated kitchen makes preparing a meal a breeze. End the night with a glass of wine in the private courtyard just behind the home.

Upstairs, you'll find all three guest rooms. One acts as a primary with a NEW Queen Beauty Rest Pressure Smart bed and en suite bath. The washer and dryer can be found in this bath - ideal for families or extended stays. A second guest room faces Washington Square and has a NEW King Beauty Rest Pressure Smart bed. The second bedroom and the cozy third bedroom with a twin trundle share a full bath at the end of the hall.

Washington Square acts as a serene oasis just nearby the hub of bustling downtown. Guests are only a short walking distance away from the Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options. Bring the whole family and enjoy your time in beautiful Savannah!

Historic home, great stay.

We were here for a family birthday celebration. The house was as described and very nice. Good location.Only issues were the beds weren't very comfortable - hard but not terrible. The showers were either very hot or very cold - couldn't find a comfortable middle ground. The living room TV is too small - in our opinion.The check-in process was easy. Lucky Sav. was always prompt in answering questions. Enjoyable stay.

An amazing stay in Savannah for Christmas!

The basics!

Invest in decent pillows, please. The pillows there were definitely old. My bed had 4 and only one wasn’t lumpy. Also, some decent mattresses. One in our group opted for the sofa sleeper downstairs instead of the bed, said at least it didn’t have a sink spot. (And none of us are big people). Kleenex in the bathrooms seems like a staple but none were there Finally, the location is great, the thermostat worked great, as did all of the appliances, and there were plenty of towels.

Historic Luxury in Savannah

The short version of this review: Property is historic, immaculately kept, comfortable, great amenities, and the location is wonderful. That said, the property was built in 1878, so expect tons of charm at the costs of some soundproofing (the windows seem to be original, glazed, single pane you will hear some street sweeping, a river boat horn, etc.). I would stay here again. Want more info? Read on!As I mentioned, the place was built in 1878. It is located right on Washington Square on the northeast side of the historic district. It is away from the party scene, but walkable to anywhere in the historic district. The location was safe and nice, with plenty of historic homes. Parking is a breeze. We never had to look for parking, and the ParkSavanah app let's you easily arrange payment. Parking is free from 8pm to 8am. We considered staying near Forsyth Park (which is very nice, maybe more transitional in some areas), but the walk is a bit longer to any of the major sights. I was happy we stayed in the Historic District.As for the property, the place is great. Couches are comfortable, Kitchen is small, but up to date. The place was really well-kept...the pictures are spot on. It is all kinds of great design and modern convenience in a historic building. There are three full baths (two up, one down). The sofa converts to a sleeper, but we did not use it. Upstairs, one bed is a queen, and has an ensuite with rain shower, double vanity, and laundry should you need it. It is a huge bathroom. The other BR is a very comfortable King. This room has natural light from two sides and is lovely. There is also a small trundle room suitable for kids that is separate.Finally, Lucky Savannah was a great rental company. Their app worked flawlessly. I've rented a lot of vacation homes, and these guys know what they are doing. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful. Highly recom
