About this property

The cottage of the "GRAVELLE"

An independent house of 65 m2, for 4 people, in the countryside. Located 8 klm east of Chatellerault and 30 klm of Poitiers.
The ground floor includes a kitchen area with a fridge a gas cooker, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and crockery; A sitting area with a sofa bed.
On the floor a mezzanine with a bed of 140 and two beds of 90, a cupboard, (possibility of adding a bed of baby) a corner toilet with a basin, a shower and a Wc independent.
A garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue;
No pets allowed
Price: The week 320 euros.
A parking space for a car.
Possibility to rent for 2 nights minimum 70 euros per night.
Bed linen is provided, only for overnight rental.(Alèze, sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases). For a weekly rental bed linen can be provided, count 20 euros extra.
Dish towels, hand towels and bathroom mats are included in the rental.
The cleaning fee of 30 euros is to be paid with the rental.

nous sommes arrivées avec une demi-heure de retard, heure dont nous avions prévenu notre hôte, ayant 690 km.à parcourir. Nous étiions attendues avec le portail ouvert et en présence de nos hôtes qui nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et présenté les lieux : une maisonnette adorable et très propre, équipée comme décrit, avec un chauffage à pellets dont l'usage très pratique est performant. Située à proximité de nos buts de voyage, Chauvigny et Oyré, dans un jardin fleuri et sécurisé par un portail . Nous n'avons malheureusement pu prolonger notre séjour, à cause de nos agendas, mais nous garderons en mémoire, la beauté du lieux et du paysage et l'affabilité de ses habitants.

La maison est absolument adorable, nos hôtes nous ont accueillis avec bienveillance et gentillesse. Nous recommandons chaleureusement à toute personne cherchant un écrin de bonheur pas très loin du futuroscope et de toutes autres activités dans la région.

Jolie maison à proximité du Futuroscope.

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour sous le soleil ! Nos hôtes ont été adorables en tout point, la maison est très agréable, authentique ainsi que le petit jardin. Si nous devons repasser par ce coin nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette petite maison confortable et bien aménagée. Le cadre est sympathique, nous avons apprécié le calme, le jardin et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont fait preuve de petites attentions à note égard. Les jeux pour les enfants ainsi que les livres mis à disposition sont également fort appréciables. En bref, ce gîte est idéal pour un séjour en famille. Un grand merci à nos hôtes!

Calme et confort dans un très jolie propriété

Avant tout, il faut signaler que les photos ne rendent pas justice au logement : c'est une charmante maisonnette avec une pièce à vivre et une salle de bains et chambre en mezzanine. Tout est propre et bien équipé. Il y a un grand jardin fleuri et un pré, avec un espace devant l'entrée pour les locataires. On peut garer sa voiture juste à côté dans la cour fermée. Question courses, il faudra prendre la voiture mais c'est une question de 10 minutes de trajet. En contrepartie les alentours sont vraiment calmes et reposants. Châtellerault est à 10 minutes, le Futuroscope à 20 minutes et Poitiers à 30 minutes. Plus important, le couple de propriétaires est vraiment charmant : disponibles, compréhensifs et patients avec les enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à eux. A recommander !

Très agréable et convivial

Les photos ne mentent pas. Petite maison typique très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Propriétaires très conviviaux. Un jardin magnifique. Situation idéale pour le futuroscope (20mn) - raison de notre séjour. mais aussi pour la Roche Posay. Une seul regret : n'avoir eu que 2 jours, on aurait bien aimé prolonger notre séjour. Un vrai havre de paix. Nous vous recommanderons à nos amis de passage par chez vous. Amitiés Sandrine, Daniel, Margaux et Thomas.

TRES BON GÎTE

Ce gîte est très bien situé, proche de Châtellerault, Poitiers et du Futuroscope. Il est très bien équipé et se situe dans une zone très calme. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et très accueillants. Le bien-être de leurs locataires est leur priorité; ils ne sont pas avares de leurs conseils ou leurs renseignements. Ce séjour restera un excellent souvenir.

Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. La propriété est très agréable, jolie et calme. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous disposons d'un petit espace extérieur ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’il fait beau. Nous recommandons ce gîte et nous y reviendront certainement pour faire étape dans la région.
