We so enjoyed our time at this quaint, serene property. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to several springs, it offers peace and serenity with amenities close by. Very cozy inside with lots of room and seating options to enjoy the outdoors. We saw beautiful Florida nature and wildlife including an otter! We will be back!

Very cozy queen cottage. Lots of nature. Lots of areas to explore along the coast line. Lots of little shops to check out. People were very nice in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was so lovely, we didn’t expect to be able to use kayaks in the property so that was a very unexpected bonus! We really enjoyed our stay here, and if we lived in the country would definitely be returning frequently!

Loveley property to visit in March. Fanning Spring State Park is nearby and just a short travel to surrounding springs. The cottage and property is an excellent place for birding, kayaking and relaxing….everything I needed and very clean. If your going hoping to see Manatees, shoot for mid to late January and February. Unfortunately, I arrived early March and missed them by a week.

We loved this beautiful place! It's a great stay for nature lovers. The cottage was small, but comfortable. The grounds and river/spring is beautiful. Birds were playing and fish were jumping.
