This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Overall, our family had a wonderful stay. The layout of the condo was really great with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were awesome. The added amenities including pool and beach towels, beach chairs, and extra snorkel gear were very convenient. A couple things could be improved as there were only two couches in the living room which, unless you want to be super cozy with your travel mates,

This was a great place for our family to stay. It was comfortable, spacious and well located. It is a ~10 min walk to shops and a 15-20 min walk to a beach, or a 5 min drive to Poipu Beach. We all loved staying here and the community grounds are also nice with a great pool, grills, and fitness area.

The place is beautiful and very well stocked and supplied. The front desk is great, very responsive to questions and issues (only one and minor). Overall, great place and close to a shopping center which was really nice. Beach was a little over a mile, but an easy walk.

Unit needs some care...had to turn off ice maker in order to stop water line leak...thermostat inoperative...and 3 of 4 under cabinet kitchen counter lights not working. Overall Kauai experience was positive.

Awesome for the Whole Family! Location Perfection!

Thank you Parrish Collection and Pili Mai owner! Your condo is beautiful! Location was a short 2 min drive to Poipu beach. Poipu is a great central location for the whole island! You can get to far North shore in just over an hour and same the other direction! We love Kauai and are so glad our 4 children loved it also! The condo has everything you need to cook with, laundry in the unit, and beach towels for 6 people! Swimming pool was beautiful and clean! Only downside was the complex is still building, so there is dirt in the roads and some noise from construction. We didn't mind tho! Thanks again!

Not exactly what we expected

For a brand new unit this was true disappointment . Reason we rented at Pili Mai is that unit have A/C . Issue is that in one room was freezing cold where in another was so hot and you could not do anything about . You can also hear every step someone makes in unit above so we stayed at same time as 2 families with kids upstairs . Running starts at 5am and does not stop by 10pm and you can hear it all . For some reason owner does not have cable service and we were stuck with Roku TV and Netflix . Even being on vacation we want to watch some favorite shows on cable . Unit is also next to a road not very busy but still a road so don't expect very quiet vacation . Development is still under construction and that was additional inconvenience. Besides pool and jacuzzi with about 10 lounge chairs don't expect much from Club house , it's still empty and not much is going on there .

The property locates in a nice community, with pools and gyms. The complex just look like the picture all great. However, we were very unlucky , the washer upon checkin was broken, after repeated reporting issue, we finally was offered laundry services. Then the washer area started leaking water (maybe it never stopped), by the end of the stay, the bedroom near the wash has one soaking area. Water leaked from above as well into a utility box, to the extent that the router stopped working, which fortunately after a day magically recovered itself. This property by itself it nice, I just hope the service could be much more prompt.

Can’t Go Wrong Staying at Pili Mai

This was the 2nd unit we stayed in. Both were beautiful 3 bed/ 3 bath. They were clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds/pillows. They had some nice touches like boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, reusable shopping totes, coffee. The area is awesome! Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Good running path as well. Next to golf course. Definitely worth staying in this unit or any others at Pili Mai.

Island Paradise

The property was very clean and comfortable. Close to beaches, shopping, and all the Poipu things, but far enough away so that it was peaceful. The beds were comfortable. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. Kitchen is large and well appointed. Know that you will have to purchase anything beyond salt/pepper for cooking. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! It was also nice that the unit has a separate designated parking space in addition to the garage. We enjoyed the pool, although during busy times, chairs were often not available. This might have been due to COVID restrictions. A couple nights we struggled to find an open grill (they are spread throughout the property). Also, this is a lower unit and you hear footsteps if others are staying above you. If you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our 10 day stay in this Pili Mai condo. We traveled with two small children so having the separate sleeping spaces were ideal. The pool is absolutely amazing and also a must with small children! Appreciated the beach gear (boogie board, beach chairs). Would have liked to see at least some basic pantry items in the kitchen (ie oil). Location is ideal - you can walk to the general store, coffee, ice cream and shops, and Poipu beach is a quick 2 minute drive. Would return anytime!

We were really impressed from start to finish on this property. Booking , checking in and checking out were all very easy and efficient. The place was super clean, very nice and really comfortable. They had everything we needed. They even called to let us know we forgot a few items after check out.

Perfect family apartment

This condo was perfect for our family group of 5 adults and a toddler. Being all on one level and beautifully appointed without being fussy, it was really comfortable and easy to live in. Each of the bedrooms had its own bathroom and was very private, while the central living area and lanai had lots of room for us all. The kitchen was excellent! The location is good, being an easy walk to lovely beaches, as well as shops and restaurants. To top it off, there is a very nice swimming pool with toddler paddling pool and a hot tub and a well-equipped gym.

We were in Kauai for a week with 2 other couples. This rental was perfect! We loved how everyone had their own room and bathroom. We cooked breakfast every morning in the well stocked kitchen. We loved having a washer and dryer as well. There were 2 designated parking spots for us, which was exactly what we needed. The garage had 4 beach chairs that came in handy. We were on the bottom floor, but never had any problems with neighbors. The construction was further away so we never heard them or ran into them. This place was AMAZING and I would highly recommend it!

Upscale, sparkling and well stocked home base

The new Pili Mai complex Is still under construction, so the only small draw back to our recent stay was not having privacy if we ate outside during construction hours. However, the crews were respectful and friendly, and the units are so well built that on the ground floor we had no noise issues of any sort. The pool area nearby has tables, comfortable Outdoor furniture, plenty of shade in some spots, and great big barbecues. We barely used our patio as a result, except to dry swimsuits Our first and lasting impression of unit 01D was of a well built and decorated living space, with a wonderful floor plan. In the entry there is a large desk which serves well as a staging area, right across from the laundry closet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size and the beds are comfortable. Bath amenities are an exclusive to the Parrish collection, but we never used any because of their overpowering scent. We included unscented dish soap and laundry product in our visit to the store, but we didn’t need to buy other staples. The kitchen is a joy!! We didn’t go out to eat because it was so easy to use and had literally every new utensil, appliance and dish that anyone could ask! Plus, everything was in brand new condition, and of the best quality. We were so happy to have chosen this spot for our first and rather rainy visit. We did yoga on the hardwood floors, used the fans during the day and a little air conditioning at night to sleep. Highly recommend this to anyone!
