Great value and location!

This 1 bedroom condo was just right for our 4 week stay. It was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable,. The owner supplied many extras like sundries, pool towels and fun ring hook game on the screened in deck and was very responsive when we ran into an electrical issue having it resolved quickly. It’s a great value! We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends and family.!

Winter Get Away

We just stayed one month in this charming condo and enjoyed every minute! It is not a huge condo but it is very, very nice and my husband enjoyed the 65 inch TV. We also enjoyed watching the crocodiles and the manatees living in our canal. This condo is located in a small, quiet neighborhood 4 or 5 miles south of the busiest part of Islamorada just one mile from the popular restaurant Robbie's. Rudy, our host took care of every detail and was always just a phone call away. If you are looking to get away for a quiet vacation in a beautiful tropical setting, this is your place! We will most definitely be back!

Cockroaches

Complained to the property manager and the owner about the cockroaches. Owner came to spray and install several traps. The kind of stuff you get at Home Depot. That helped. But, didn’t eliminate the problem. They need a professional service.

Five week vacation

My husband and I loved everything about this condo. It was perfect for two people and was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and updated. The neighborhood was low key and very friendly. The pool was lovely and never crowded. Rudy was outstanding to deal with. Any questions we had he got right back to us and always will to accommodate. Recommend highly.

Working Holiday

Great community and neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Bring a bike to enjoy the cycle paths in the area. The condo was cozy, clean and relaxing . There is a sofa bed for guests but our guest brought an air mattress so we did not use the sofa bed. The Master bed was very comfortable. The pool was great and we enjoyed seeing the manatees in the canal. Rudy was Easy to communicate with and provided nice touches throughout! Thank you for a restful visit!

Updated and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It had many amenities and was clean and updated. It had a lovely community pool which was never crowded. The owner was very thoughtful and considerate. You are close to route 1 but are not bothered by noise. I would recommend this cozy condo.
