Why they chose this property

When I started sailing over 30 years ago I'd sail by a small blue house perched up on a mountain.; Each year I'd knock on the owners home and ask if she'd be willing to sell her home. One year she said YES! I purchased the tiny blue house and began designing my dream house. It took me five years with two workers to build this unique five apartment oasis.

What makes this property unique

An hypnotic Ocean breeze, a place to relax and enjoy simple pleasure. Every sunrise is captivating and every sunset is unique. The space is open and full of light.
