Check out is 11 am. Please clean all dirty dishes and empty all trash from the apartment and place it in the trash room behind the elevator.
Please gather all the damp towels and hang them in the bathroom.
Please turn off all lights, fans and air conditioner and place the parking pass back near the refrigerator and be sure the master keys are in the lock box. Thank you

We love having people visit our apartments and hope you enjoy them as much as we do. It is an honor to give you a chance to enjoy this special place. I have been visiting this building since I was seven years old, enjoyed all that the area has to do and my wife and I were married nearby over 25 years ago. We love this special place and hope you do to.

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful spot to explore all that the north east corner of Puerto Rico has to offer. There is Seven Seas beach about 2 miles away which has a calm beach, great services, snorkeling and hikes to secluded beaches. Las Croabas nearby has some excellent restaurants, water taxis and bioluminescent kayaking at night.

What makes this property unique

The studio has a fully equipped efficiency kitchen, a main room with a dining table, chairs, queen size bed, sleeper sofa, and full bathroom with a vanity, closet, toilet and bath/shower. The unit offers many amenities, including beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear to use during your stay.
There is a private balcony overlooking the ocean.
