1 Br efficiency nautical themed with queen bed and pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower. Beautiful balcony over looking the pool. Laundry room located on property. 2nd story condo. Flat screen TV with dvd. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Many outdoor grills located on property. This condo is located on scenic 30A with short walks to many shops and restaurants. Bike and chair/umbrella rentals available. No Cleaning fees:). I live close by and clean it myself.

Must be 25 y/o or older to reserve.

The beach access is right across 30A. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Short drive to Seaside and The Big Chill on 30A. Would definitely come back!
