Private patio ground level with elegant bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon sunset.
Full amenities all you need to bring is your beach towel.
For the comfort of all our guests, we have a no-smoking policy.
All along 30A there is a bike walking path. Outside the front door is convenient parking.

You must be over 25 years old to make a reservation, and the maximum occupancy is four persons.

The property was clean. It was very close to everything. We had a great time and were able to enjoy the town of Seaside and the beach for my birthday! The only recommendation I have is new sheets for the bed. The ones on the bed have little balls of cotton where they’ve been washed quite a few times…. But at least we knew they were clean! The entire condo was very clean! Our hostess was kind and let us check in early too! We were thankful for that! I can’t say anything bad about this stay!

This was a ladt minute booking and it was beyond our expectations!!! Flagship 115 was clean and very welcoming. Our host Terti, made sure we knew that she was available to help with whatever was needed. Beach was across the street. We will be back.

The perfect weekend getaway!

Loved our stay here! Location is amazing, just quick bike rides to the Hub and Seaside, with perfect public beach access right across the street. The only flaw, is you can hear the people above move around really well. But would still book again!

Everything was wonderful for our trip. We appreciated having Roku on the TV and the extra chargers in the nightstand. Everything was clean and the condo is super convenient to the beach. When you leave the condo, go to the crosswalk to the right of the complex and the entrance to the beach is right there across the street. The public access is less busy at that spot also.

Great places I have stayed in this complex twice now, but different unit. Love the area and the beach is amazing only negative thing is the stairs to the beach instead of a ramp. Teri was great and check in was easy. Will stay again.
