Ground floor: large living room of 70m2, a sofa, a sofa bed, 2 large tables, 2 coffee tables. Fully equipped American kitchen, bar-counter. A bedroom with 2 twin beds, an independent WC, a bathroom with sink and Italian shower. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 baby bed; 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 child bed and a terrace; 1 solarium with 2 sofa beds and one
another terrace independent from that of the bedroom; an independent WC, a bathroom with basin and Italian shower. 3 TV, a mini Hi-Fi system. All inclusive: mattress pads, pillows, duvets, tea towels, tablecloths, towels ... Sheets not included, possibility of rental on site. Electric shutters on all openings and bay windows. Beach and famous fishing site just outside. Many fine sandy beaches in the vicinity. Kite-Surf spot and windsurfing in Pont-Mahé (Loire Atlantique) two minutes away. Belles vacances, merci !

Très belle semaine ,maison superbement agencée et fonctionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour les balades bord de mer ,pêche à pied, plage. Avec nos petits enfants ,nous avons passé de très bons moments. Nos deux petits chiens étaient aussi très heureux en totale sécurité ,le jardin étant clos. Nous recommandons cette location très agréable dans un site superbe. Merci à Pierrick pour son accueil chaleureux ,sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Noël en famille

Non avons passé plusieurs jours en famille pour Noël ! C’est une maison magnifique, lumineuse. Nous avons profité de cette vue imprenable, de la pêche à pieds avec les enfants et petits enfants et tout ça à la porte de la maison. Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable du propriétaire. Si vous aimez la mer avec les marées, le vent et la pêche, je vous conseille cette maison

Un bon bol d air !

Nous avons passe un agreable sejour chez Monsieur Lecallo. La maison offre une vue imprenable sur l ile a Bacchus et est idealement situee pour la peche a pied, l observation de la culture de la moule de bouchot et les promenades iodees.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Haus von Pierrick hat eine tolle Lage und bietet genug Platz für zwei Familien. Der gemeinsame Wohnraum mit zwei großen Tischen war für die Mahlzeiten in größerer Runde gut geeignet. Leider hatten wir in den ersten paar Tagen heftigen Sturm und Regen, doch vom Haus aus konnten wir auch bei diesem Wetter einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer genießen. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es schöne Strände, uns hat besonders der Plage de la Mine d'Or gefallen. Lohnenswert ist es, bei Ebbe zu der Insel zu laufen, die vom Haus aus zu sehen ist, und dabei den Muschelsuchern zuzusehen. Pierrick ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber und war bei Problemen erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle. Merci beaucoup!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach toll. Wir haben zu dritt mit Hund einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus mit dem eingezäunten Grundstück ist super geeignet für den Aufenthalt mit Hund (unserer ist in der XL-Klasse angesiedelt). Der Vermieter super freundlich und unkompliziert - hat uns sogar zwischendurch eine Runde Muscheln mit Wein vorbei gebracht - toll ! Parkplätze des Hauses sind so abgesperrt, dass sich kein unbefugter drauf stellen kann - super. Da gab es wohl früher schon mal Probleme. Die Örtlichkeit, wo das Haus steht, ist sehr beliebt bei Touristen und deshalb auch entsprechend belebt. Auch wegen dem benachbarten Restaurant. Dieses war nicht ernsthaft störend und meistens ab 22 Uhr auch schon wieder geschlossen. Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und einen tollen Urlaub gehabt.
