Spacious beautiful home

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home. So much room to accommodate multiple families if needed. Our party was only 7 however we used every floor! We made a stop at Sam’s club on the way in and stocked up for all our meals. I would say we wished the home provided beach chairs and more dish soap. I would definitely go back!

Family Vacation

Great property close to the beach. We had a king bed for each of our 5 children and us. Shopping and eating facilities are close. The beach is superb. Some of the paint on the outside of the property needs a little touch up. The person in charge of taking care of us and answering our question was great.

MUST STAY / GREAT SERVICE

This might be one of my top choices for a vacation stay compared to any of the other places I have been. The service was incredible, the space as well Kat, and I always felt just a text or phone call away from something if I needed it. The beach is super close and private and easily accessible as a guest at this property. I couldn’t speak more highly of a rental. You will not regret staying here and did I forget to mention the master bathroom is legendary, giant shower, great tub, you will melt into this space and never want to leave.

Family Get-together

The property was absolutely incredible. The house did not disappoint in any respect. We loved the pool and were in it every day watching movies and videos while there. Stephen and Sabrina at 360Blue were fantastic to deal with and any questions we had they answered promptly. I would have no problem renting a home they managed at all. I was very impressed.

This property is truly beautiful and initially seemed to be exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The property management team was responsive and made efforts to address the issues we encountered. However, several problems significantly impacted our overall experience. First, some key amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. The TV on the patio wasn’t available, the golf cart was extremely unreliable and only started about 5% of the time, leaving us concerned that it could stall at any moment. Additionally, the pool and spa heating system was broken, and one of the most enticing features—the TV above the pool—didn’t work until we purchased an extension cord to connect it to an indoor outlet. While the property management team worked hard to resolve these issues, it was frustrating to spend much of our vacation coordinating maintenance visits rather than relaxing. Unfortunately, it’s clear that this magnificent home is not receiving the regular upkeep and attention it deserves. Given the premium price point, I would regrettably recommend looking elsewhere than Chivillionaire until these maintenance issues are addressed.

The house is amazing and very well furnished and equipped. The TV at the pool is perfect for watching football games and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. Very well done and set up with several open spaces for gathering. Great house!

We had a wonderful vacation at 138 Chivas! We had 28 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to not be on top of one another. A few issues that we had were, the internet was very slow or not working whatsoever from time to time, service in general was hard to come by. Also, fridge space was tricky with so many people staying in the home, and also the small pantry for such a large home...food space in general was hard to come by. The pool surface was very rough, a lot of us walked away with our feet torn up a bit from it. Would also be nice if the hot tub was actually always heated, considering that’s it’s purpose...when you pay so much to stay in a home, it would be nice if the hot tub was actually heated without an extra fee. Overall, this home is absolutely gorgeous and we had an amazing time!!! 360 Blue was an amazing company to work with and we would highly recommend them and this home to others!

Just finished a great week at 138 Chivas. House was beautiful, beach access super easy, and the first floor bunk rooms and game area are great if you’re traveling with kids. Few minor issues (pool surface is rough and scraped up the kids, and no dustpans or working vacuum, TVs in kids rooms don’t work, TINY pantry for a house that holds so many families), but overall we had a great stay. It’s convenient that the house comes with a couple beach chair sets. Again, overall it was a great house!

Very nice property. Great location. Spacious with lots of rooms and amenities. I believe we where the first renters since home was finished and there are few minor things/kinks the come along with most new properties. Overall a great property to rent for large groups. I would rent this location again.

Labor Day Weekend 2018

Great place to stay for the weekend or a longer visit. We had 38 people ranging from ages 9 months to 72 yrs old. There was enough space for everyone and it didn’t feel crowded. There were a few issues with the internet, pool heater and outdoor TVs. However, overall I would recommend this place for great beach getaway.
