The property was what we expected for the price. Only suggestion I would make is getting rid of the carpet in the bedroom. Also replacing the caulking around the tub. Other than that we got what we expected. Communication with the host was great.

Great location close to the beach

In perfect walking distance from the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. I do wish the windows had curtains, but overall, great beach rental!

Cute and affordable place to stay

If you’re looking for a quiet cozy (and affordable) place to stay this is definitely it! It was really nice being able to walk to different restaurants and bars, while also being far enough from the noise. This suite completely exceeded my expectations and definitely had more accommodations than I expected. I look forward to having Dale as a host again, -The Richards

Best Mommy Weekend

It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. So close to the beach and local shops. The board walk and several restaurants are within walking distance. I am rebooking to take the whole family later this summer. I absolutely love it.

Perfect for what we needed! We had a short stay so we dodn’t use much of the kitchen and didn’t need a washer/dryer (which the unit did not have anyways). Perfect location right at the Scallop Public Beach access and a five minute walk to the board walk/pelican public beach access. Loved the guaranteed parking spot! Great price and could definitely see ourselves staying in unit five again!

Thanks for the feedback. Each suit has a wall hvac unit (like a hotel) that provides enough output for a space double in size. We all like different temperatures from polar front to, I just want the wind and ocean breeze. I can assure you though that each suite is adequately cool unless constantly leaving the front door open, which happens ;)

Great time & close to the beach

Had a blast. Property was clean and well managed. Space was adequate and close to beach. Beds were very squeaky for everyone - kids and parents. If your hoping to be intimate with your spouse I promise the bed will notify all others!

Perfect escape

Property was exactly as listed in the description! Perfect for my girlfriend and I with our two boys. Nice and clean. Beach access, restaurants, stores etc all within walking distance. Great find and owner reaponded quickly to a question! Will certainty stay again!

Great place!

We love the place. I loved the fact that the place was so quaint and quiet. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that until we got there that the couch didn't fold out to a bed. The website did say sleeps 6. Other than that the place was perfect! Love Carolina Beach

Nice little beach place

The suite was very clean with fast access to the beach, and had what we needed for the most part. The property owner was very quick to respond to questions, etc., and the check in was extremely easy, and painless. There were plenty things around within walking distance to do, and eat. The only issues we had at all, were the beds were pretty hard, and it got hot in the bedrooms, the main room and the kitchen were very comfortable though. We did enjoy our stay and would return.
