Look and listen to the ocean from this second floor Unit (Unit #2), only steps from beautiful Long Sands Beach. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath multilevel unit can sleep 7 people. Updated kitchen and bathrooms as well as all new floors and freshly painted throughout. All the amenities of home are at your fingertips!

Updated furnishings and new beds with all new (mattresses and pillows) make it so clean and welcoming. New flat screen TV with cable and wi-fi internet and window air conditioning. Exposed ceiling beams throughout and bead board gives the character and charm you would expect in a beach cottage. The enclosed front porch is simply serenity at its best. A fabulous place to sit and enjoy the ocean views and listen to the waves. This unit also has a rear deck where watching the sunset is a must!

Bedroom #1 has one queen size bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The family room also has a comfy daybed.

This property, only a few steps from Long Sands Beach, allows you to walk to the beach in the morning, walk home for lunch and return to the beach in the afternoon. So close! The trolley stop is just steps away too, so you can ride it to downtown York Center where you will find restaurants, bars, shopping and York's Wild Kingdom and Amusement Park! And, we can't forget the arcade for the kids or York's own Goldenrod Restaurant where you can watch them make their own salt water taffy!

If you're in the mood for walking to lunch or dinner, there are many restaurants to choose from along the beach. If you want to enjoy water activities, Liquid Dreams is right around the corner if you're down to rent paddle boards, Kayak's and snorkeling lessons. Your vacation here will be fun packed with all the conveniences at your finger tips!!!

We can't forget you golfers! There is a golf course nearby down in York Village for all you avid or novice golfers.

Really enjoyed my stay at this property, steps away from the ocean, would use again.

Steps away from the ocean, very clean with upgrades, the washer and dryer made it possible to bring less clothes, nice kitchen, nice front porch with a limited view of ocean. Air conditioners made sleeping during warm spell very comfortable, large screen TV allowed me to keep track of my sports team. Cons, limited counter space in kitchen, stairs a little steep. All in all i really enjoyed my stay and would use this property again.

This multi-family cottage is perfectly situated just steps to Long Sands Beach and so close to downtown and all attractions. We fell in love with York after vacationing at Long Sands for over 25 years. We were lucky enough to finally buy our own place, remodel it to make it ours and thrilled to share it with you for your vacation.
