Are you looking for a summer retreat close to the beach but without giving up the privacy & beauty of the Maine woods? Look no further! Take advantage of the best of both worlds in this newly renovated Ranch tucked far enough away from the crowds, yet a short walk to the pristine Long Sands Beach, Short Sands and also to downtown York Beach. This charming, immaculate home has an updated open-concept design, with vaulted ceilings, beams, & ceiling fans. The fully furnished living room with flat panel TV is part of the kitchen that includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, lobster pot, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. This home features a washer/dryer, along with an outside shower to rinse off after a fun-filled day at the beach! The house has a gas grill, outside dining, and patio furniture - all in a beautiful, sunny, private yard for pure relaxation. It has a master suite with a queen bed and a 3/4 bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed, with a twin trundle. PLEASE NOTE: Linens & towels are NOT included. There is a full guest bathroom with double sinks. Our home is a quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach or Shorts Sands. It is a short drive to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Fabulous shopping at the Kittery outlets is just a quick 10 minute drive. 15 minutes to Mt. Agamenticus overlooking York. This home offers self check-in and keyless entry. It is thoroughly cleaned between visits. Off street parking for up to 6 cars. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY, SATURDAY CHECK-IN DAY.

It was a lovely property and great walk from both long and shorts sands. Clean and fun. I will say, there was no hand soap or toilet paper which was a bit of a surprise. I would say come prepared when you stay, but enjoy the convenience of this vacation

It was our first time to Maine, and it was absolutely wonderful. This place was amazing. It was located in the middle of everything. Close to shoppping, resaurants, and the beach. The house was very clean and literally felt like home. The house is on a dead end road, so it is very quiet. If u wanted to relax, you could with out any problems. We will definitely be coming back!. Tammy is very easy to get a hold of with any questions, Thanks again!!

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The deck and backyard were quiet and perfect for family dinners and a place for the kids to play. The location was great- an easy walk to long sands and to the center. It is the last house on a dead end street so the street was really quiet and made it feel like you were in your own retreat, but still walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to stay again!

I have been renting a house in York for the past 4 summers and this house has been our favorite so far. the location is perfect and its an easy walk to Long Sands. the house is comfortable, spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Tammy is very responsive and I was able to easily communicate with her. My two daughters and I just loved it and cant wait to stay again next year!

Beautiful house

This house is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, outside shower with hot water is a big plus after the beach. Tammy efficiently labeled switches, left detailed notes which was a big help. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Perfect location

This house is seriously in the perfect spot just a short walk from both short and long sands beach. On a dead end of a private neighborhood it's super quiet for somewhere so close to beach. Tammy has thought of everything and the place is fully stocked with everything you will need from your stay outside of the towels and sheets which she reminds you to bring. It was a little damp and musty - I'm sure from all the rain we've had this season so just be aware if you suffer from allergies like us.

A great family friendly 3 bedroom home on a quiet dead end street. Short walk to beach and town. Well equipped for family meals. Updated kitchen/ great room with good connection Wifi. Best beach house!

This place is the hidden gem - shhh, don't tell anyone so we can stay each year! :) Our friends have a small, campy place right on the SS, and they were envious of this house. My family and I loved everything about Tammy's property - decor, amenities, location, and so much more. Her communication with us before and during the stay was superb. Great Stay and Vacation in York Beach!

This rental home is a true gem! The property is as great as it looks in the pictures, so warm and inviting. My wife and I and three children felt comfortable as soon as we arrived with all the comforts of home. The lot is located at the end of a dead-end road with tons of privacy. On our second to last night, we were treated to two deer grazing in the yard at dusk. The location is perfect with easy walks to both Long Sands and downtown/Short Sands. Tammy provided us with tons of information prior to our arrival and even checked-in with us a couple of days into our vacation to ensure we had everything we needed. If you are planning to vacation in York Beach and this place is available, submit your application without delay!

Wonderful stay!

We had such a nice week and a half at Tammy’s place. It was very well equipped with many extras! It was such close walking distance to Long Sands beach and shopping by Short Sands. Even though it was so close to all the action it felt so private! Down a cute little dirt road and a big yard surrounded by trees. We would definitely stay again!

Piece and Quiet

The property is nicely situated at the end of a dead end street so we had no worries about our kids and cars. It was very quiet and peaceful. A quick 10 minute walk to Long Sands (our preferred beach) and about 15 minutes to short sands and the down town area. The house is well updated and has many amenities. There is plentiful amounts of sitting space both inside and out. There is a spacious yard for the children to play.

Peaceful retreat close to Beach

Our two week stay was everything we had hoped for. A quiet retreat, but close to all the fun of Beautiful beaches and a quaint town. The property was pristine and just as pictured. We loved the outdoor and barbecue area and used it daily. Tammys home has everything you could wish for for cooking, cleanup and entertainment. Communication was excellent. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation. we look forward to returning!

Perfect house with a great location

This house was perfect for my family and friends over the 4th holiday week. Tammy was very informative and very easy to work with in booking and using what she has at the house for entertaining. Everyone's favorite were the swivel recliners in the house. These are the best chairs ever and she has a bird feeder so watching birds from these chairs was great. We used the Grill every night and ran out out propane. Tammy advised that there was a back up in shed which was perfect for many more nights of grilling. We used the fire pit almost every night and played games in the big side yard. Location, location, location!... We used Tammys' buggy and turned right out of the dirt road to head down to the beach every day. It was such a short and pretty cool walk to the beach and actually saw some deer one night on the return. If you turn left out of the street then you are right in downtown York.. We enjoyed great food and drinks around town and the Taffy making place is a hit. We plan on staying again and cant wait to go back to this little oasis in York. Only thing to watch out for is the tides. Luck there is a tide clock inside on the mantle that would let us know how to plan our day. Thank you for letting us enjoy all facets of the house.
