Love the flow of the rooms. So spacious. Small kitchen was stocked well with all utensils necessary and cooking essentials. Large screen tv's. It was great having beach accessories available. We used the folding chairs daily. A plus was the outdoor shower with hot water! Would definitely come again. Short short walk to beach which was never crowded.

The location of the property is great. You really are just steps from the beach. The place was pretty clean and had some good amenities. The parking situation isn't the best but if you don't need to constantly move your car it's fine. I would stay here again.

The cottage in Vilano beach was perfect. My fiance and i stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect because you are just a short drive to St Augustine and literal walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed a wonderful couple of days walking around downtown St Augustine and it was wonderful to be able to come back to the cottage, relax, and hit the beach. Even with 2 other cottages on the property, the entire stay was very peaceful and exactly what was described. The entry instructions were very thorough and accurate. Thank you Scott!

Cottage was perfect size for the two of us. Kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking simple meals. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. But location was the best part. Being steps from the beach was very convenient. It was also short walk to grocery store or restaurants.

The Cottage was clean and well stocked. The shared outdoor space with animals not on leashes was less than optimal but not terrible either.
