Upon arrival, guests can park in private parking and then make their way to the front porch with bistro dining for two and a swing overlooking a private, lush, fenced yard. Step inside to the very light and airy combined open floor plan with an updated kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, a five-burner electric stove, a large double door fridge, and ample cookware to prepare family meals in. There is also a breakfast bar seating for two in the kitchen. Just off the kitchen, the farmhouse dining table comfortably seats six.

There is a large open-air deck off the living areas, perfect for the little ones to run about, and it also has Adirondack seating for two overlooking the private yard. The living room has a large sectional and two club chairs that face a large flat screen TV that is perfect for family movie nights in after long days at the beach! Off the living areas down is an updated full bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Downstairs, you have the first bedroom, a king primary with an ensuite private bath and ample closet space. The king has a large mounted flat screen TV, and the renovated ensuite marble bath has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The staircase off the living area leads to a second floor with bedrooms two and three. The second bedroom up features two double beds, a closet, and its own private TV. This bedroom shares an updated full hall bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom on the second floor is a queen with its own private balcony. The queen has double doors that lead to an open-air balcony with palm tree views.

The gem of the home is the bonus loft and outdoor rooftop deck, and tower deck accessible via stairs off the living room. The bonus loft has a seating area and a twin trundle to accommodate two more guests. A door leads to a large open-air deck with bar top seating for four, a perfect happy hour hangout. Off this deck are stairs that lead one more level to a covered tower area with an additional Adirondack bar seating for three more with Seaside Street views. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean only 32 feet away in your private tower perch with friends and family!
