Upon arrival, guests are able to park in private parking, then make their way to a generous, screened, furnished front porch, accompanied by an outdoor swing. There's not a warmer way to be welcomed to the beach than this! Step into the entry doors, and find yourself in an airy first level, featuring an open living room/dining room with table for six and a breakfast bar that seats an additional four people. Off the living space, french doors open up to a large, private open air side deck with lounge seating for all- the best spot to sip on a glass of wine outdoors before walking to catch a stunning beach sunset, or to enjoy a slow morning and coffee. An updated kitchen is also on the first level, featuring all stainless steel appliances, and overlooks the adjacent front screened in porch. A king master bedroom can be found off the living room, as well as a flat screen mounted TV, and a recently renovated private master bath with a dual vanity and glass shower. A full hall bath has been added downstairs for guests, and for the main living areas.
A second level holds two more bedrooms, a twin bedroom with a television and queen bedroom that has access to a private balcony deck, serving as a peaceful getaway to bask in the gulf breeze and sounds that surround this coastal escape! These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A bonus loft with a trundle bed that sleeps two sits above the kitchen and overlooks the open living room. This loft is a great second space for lounging, and for any additional guests to have their own space, as well. The exterior door in the loft provides access to an open-air furnished deck and tower.
