This stay was more like visiting a relative than staying at your typical rental. The amenities were complete with decent pots & pans (usually lacking at most rentals), a fully outfitted kitchen, lots of games & toys. This is a great place for families!

We came in with the whole family for our daughter‘s graduation at MTSU. Can’t say enough about this house. Perfect size and extremely clean. Could not ask for more. All the extras too. Two tubs of blocks for my grandson to play with, extra sheets and towels if needed. Very accommodating. We will be back.

Tennis Weekend

We had a wonderful stay during our tennis tournament weekend. Accommodations were exactly as shown and the house provided us the perfect amount of space to spread during three days of tennis matches- best part was plenty of showers for all!! Would definitely stay here again if we come back this way, and the hosts were very on the ball with communication.
