Harman and his property manager were GREAT and available for communication 24/7. The place is in a residential area. ITS CLOSE TO THE MAIN STRIP, but not really a walker friendly area. Its hard for locals to find because of the many changes in the area. The beach is close by car, a nice walk otherwise. Property waa nice and clean. Because of the area, it can get dusty and windy. I have no real issues with the place but it could get minor cosmetic touch ups, and /or updated. Pool was great and they came to clean twice during our stay. Pay attention to the schedule because they will just appear in the pool area, luckily we were decent when they showed up unexpected to US. Overall a GOOD PROPERTY, I WOULD CONSIDER COMING BACK AGAIN IF SOME MINOR UPDATES ARE MADE!!! But we Really Enjoyed our stay, thanks Harman and Julie.Oh and bring or stop and grab everything you need for the house because Harman do need to upgrade the welcome package,. Julie did have some essentials dropped off ASAP!!!

Hi , Thank you for your review and comments. Unfortunately, Aruba is generally very windy and dusty at this time of year, which is beyond our control. Regarding the pool service, I believe you may have overlooked the details provided in the welcome note. The note contains important information about the house and your stay in Aruba, including the specific day and time the pool service is scheduled to visit. It also clearly provided information as to the amenities provided which would have helped you to plan better . But I do understand with vacation mode sometimes one does not pay much attention to the emailed welcome note that I try to send in advance to help improve the guests experience We always try our best to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciate your understanding of these circumstances. Thank you again for your feedback.

The place was great the only things that were not right is they want to charge for extras, the use of the washer and dryer, early check in which for us wasn’t an option as the other guests were still there but they charged us 50 to drop our bags off so we didn’t have to lug them around, which we were thankful for.overall the place is nice and local to everything with a 10 minute walk

Thx Debbie thx for your input unfortunately your checkin was too early 12 instead of 4 pm and the cleaning crew gets overwhelmed with the prior guest who left an hour later without any extra charges and moving luggage’s around while cleaning overwhelms the crew who do a great cleaning job so I just let them have that as extra tip for them.thx for being a great guest .

Just stayed at this location a week and we loved it!Starting with our host Harman's first email with all the information necessary from check-in to check-out and helpful hints. Our property mgr Julie was quick to respond to our one question regarding hot water and resolved the issue quickly. The pool and sitting area are beautifully maintained and we enjoyed it every morning. Even got a couple Iquana, hummingbird, and finch visits that were an added treat. We would definitely stay here again.

First, I have to compliment both the owner, Harman, and secondly, manager, Julie. They both stepped up to plate to insure that our stay was the BEST you could have in Aruba. The home is excellently located and the accommodations well taken care of. The pool saved us from some windy days at the beach and amenities made our stay easy and wonderful. Looking forward to next year. Thanks for everything!

This is the perfect family home for your vacation. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a third shower by your private pool outside. House included all amenities that you would need. A quick 10 minute walk to palm beach, stores, shopping and nightlife. Our host and house manager were phenomenal, responsive and full of great helpful information. I would highly recommend this rental and will be staying here again.

Before arriving our host sent recommendations for a lot but probably the most important was a taxi driver. We used Toni for our whole trip and was absolutely satisfied with his taxi services! We arrived early and was able to check in early. House was cleaned and ready for us with A/C going. Spacious, beautifully decorated and roomy. We spent most of our in the pool when we were at the home or relaxing in the patio chairs/hammocks. The pool was absolutely one of most favorite activities- we swam day and night. The spot is very convenient. We walked to the beach, places to eat, shopping and the supermarket daily and sometimes multiple times a day. What’s App was a great way to communicate with host, property manager and taxi driver. Communication was very prompt and clear. There was not one issue we had and if we go back to Aruba I would stay at this home every time!

Lovely home in Palm Beach

We had an amazing time here! The house is the perfect location away from the noise of the Palm Beach Strip, but still easy walking distance to the beach. The pool was lovely, and it was so nice to relax on the deck in the hammocks. Absolutely would recommend!

We had an awesome time in this beautiful home with plenty of space and amenities in the palm beach area of Aruba. A really nice swimming pool in the back. Super responsive host and local host helper! The description is 100% accurate. Since we did not have a car we got into a nice daily routine of the 8 block walk thru the really nice and quiet residential area to the busy commercial area near the big hotels by the beach. The beach, in my humble opinion, is Unbeatable! And the locals are very very friendly and helpful and plain nice! Two things to note (probably already in the description) if you stay more than just a couple of days: toilette paper is provided but the starter kit is two rolls per bathroom (2 bathrooms), not a huge deal because there is a small but pretty complete market in the way back from the beach. Also there is a fee (that the kind owner may wave if you ask nicely and you are water and electricity conservation conscientious) to use the clothes washer and dryer. You will not regret spending your vacation in this home in beautiful Aruba!

Great for groups

Overall the place was good. The rooms and beds are good and it is a quick walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The pool is very nice. The pricing was just right for a small group and so much better than hotels. We had some issues with a few things (mostly the hot water system) but the Owner was extremely responsive so that was really nice.

Wonderful property

We were a group of 2 couples. This is a large wonderful place with a pool. It’s worthy of being called a villa. The home is walking distance from 3 great restaurants, several food trucks and grocery stores. It’s close to beach but in a quiet neighborhood. I celebrated my birthday there and positively changed someone’s opinion of Aruba. We stayed for 20 days and our only complaint was that we didn’t have enough time.
