Bathrooms: Master bath has a tub and shower unit along with large vanity and single bowl sink. The second bathroom located off of the hall has a tub and shower unit and a single vanity.
Kitchen: After a day of outdoor adventures, return home to prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen equipped with everything you need. I have a high chair for your little one. There is also a Pack N Play available on request.
Dinning room: A high top dinning room table seats 6 people and there is a table in the kitchen that seats two. We also provide a highchair for the youngest guests.
Outdoor Patio: Table with four chairs.
Outdoor Cooking: A gas grill is provided.
Laundry: Washer, dryer, iron, and iron board are provided.
Everything you need to feel as relaxed as possible for the duration of your stay is here, including complimentary wireless internet access, laundry machines, and a flat screen TV in the living room. We provide DirectTv satellite tv as well as Netflix, Hulu, and Vudu with access to over 5,000 movies.

THE LOCATION
You can't beat this home's West Sedona location! The home is located within walking distance to Sunset park, Bashas grocery, and Walgreens. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Only a few minutes away you will find all major Sedona attractions including Crescent Moon State Park, Slide Rock State Park, Red Rock State Park, and Uptown Sedona. Out of Africa wildlife preserve is located in camp verde just 30 minutes away, and the Grand Canyon is approximately 115 miles north! Airport Mesa is located behind the home and there are over many hiking and biking trails within a few minutes. Easy access to shopping, galleries, bike rentals, restaurants and Peace Park.

POLICIES:
No parties, conferences, or workshops may be held on the property.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside of the property. Violation of the this policy will result in increased cleaning fees and possibly a damage claim
- The damage deposit will be returned after the premises have been inspected and found to be in good order following the Guests departure
- Please leave the home in the same order as your arrival. If excessive cleanup is required additional charges for linens and maid service will be charged to the Guest and deducted from the damage deposit.
