Superb location

Lovely views of the sea. Little French seaside town, several restaurants and bars, beach restaurants, long walks along the beach Lovely quiet French coastal holiday town. Apartment clean, spacious, well equipped. Easy to park, 5 th floor with elevator. It is a French seaside town. Magnificent.

Superb location in lovely seaside town

This is our second visit. In 9/2023 we spent one week…superb. In 9/2024 we spent two weeks! Enough said! The place was remodeled. The town is as great as ever. Great view, walk to town and beach, good kitchen, large bedrooms. Easy parking. Great check in. Hopefully we book for another two weeks in 9/2025.

A Lovely Location

Visited in mid June fortuately before the French holiday season. Even so this small area was quite busy at weekends but very quiet the rest of the 15 nights.The appartment is advertised as 4/6 but we feel that 4 is more appropriate. The bathroom features a shower over the bath and we've suggested to the owner that he should consider a couple of grab handles to facilitae safe access for the more elderly and less mobile visitors. I seem to have missed the fact in the advert that no towels are supplied - think perhaps that needs to be more obvious.A very comfortable and very enjoyable holiday albeit far too hot most days at 33degrees plus

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le mauvais temps. L'appartement est magnifique, tout correspond avec les photos et l'annonce. Très bien situé tout près de la plage et du centre ville avec tous les commerces nécessaires, l'appartement est très spacieux, très propre et très lumineux car traversant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer autant du séjour que des chambres. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. L'hôte est très sympathique, il prend même des nouvelles au cours du séjour, par contre avant le départ il faut l'appeler soi-même pour savoir comment se passe l'arrivée.Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir dans ce bel appartement que je recommande.

Excellentes vacances à Saint Brévin l'océan

L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel, parfaitement propre et offre une très belle vue. Il permet d'accéder très facilement à la plage, la boulangerie pour la baguette du matin est à deux pas. La place de parking privée est parfaite.

Madame et la belle mer

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue extraordinaire sur la plage. La proximité des commerces ainsi que la présence de restaurants de plage et traditionnels font que vous n avez pas des kms à faire pour vous restaurer. En ce qui concerne le logement pas de remarques négatives, de plus le locataire bénéficie d une place de parking dans l enceinte de la résidence. Spacieux et bien équipé les futurs locataires avec enfants passeront d'excellents vacances

Bel appartement bien distribué et fonctionnel. Cependant le convertible BZ situé dans une chambre, très inconfortable, ne permet pas de mettre la note maximale. Propriétaire très réactif et à l'écoute des locataires.

Il est vrai que la situation de l'appartement est idéale car proche de tous les commerces et la vue pleine mer depuis toutes les pièces de l’appartement, est un vrai bonheur! Je vous remercie pour votre retour concernant le BZ car c’est le premier. Je m'en inquiète car même si le matelas est de marque, il est essentiel de le changer si nécessaire dans les plus brefs délais, le confort étant indispensable pour bien se reposer en vacances ;-) Je vous informe que je le remplace maintenant par 2 lits jumeaux confort( pour former un grand lit si besoin). A ne pas louper !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement vue sur mer. A quelques pas de la plage. Appartement très très bien équipé (cuisine, siège et parasol de plage etc). Conforme à la description et aux photos. Propriétaire très disponible et à l’écoute, ainsi que Chantal qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et également très disponible pour toutes questions. Merci encore pour cette semaine de vrai vacances.
