Beautiful Midcentury Oasis

Stunning living room with floor to ceiling picture windows out to private pool and outdoor patio. Thoughtfully renovated 1972 build with accents of modernism from then and from now. Take a dip in the brand new pool and hottub, gather around the modern outdoor fire pit, or play board games and watch movies in the mid-century living room!

This space is modern, intimate, and ready to use. Please note that we cannot allow dogs.

Master bedroom has king bed. Guest bedrooms both have queen beds.

This house is managed by a property manager who will make sure your trip is arranged and is available should you have any problems or questions.

Palm Springs City tax of 12.5% applies to rent may not be included in the quoted price. You may be sent an additional invoice for the tax. City of Palm Springs ID # 3128.

Please note that the pool may heated for an additional $75/day (Mar - Oct) or $150 / day (Nov - Feb) and can only be charged for the entire trip.

Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.

Convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Short Uber ride away to all the night spots!

Forgotten/Lost items can be returned at a flat rate of $50. This includes up to $25 in shipping cost.

Great Outdoor Space and House

We had a great time here and would recommend to others given the home quality, location and price. Outdoor pool and spa were perfect and the house would be even better if it had views. Loved opening the folding patio doors house had great indoor and out door feel!

A relaxing place for a visit Palm Springs

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Desert Park Estates. The home has great outdoor space. We enjoyed the shaded areas during the day and sitting by the fire pit on a few chilly evenings. The house was quite comfortable and in a great location. We golfed at some local courses, spent a day at Joshua Tree and ate at some great local restaurants in Palm Springs. We had a great visit! Would recommend it highly!

We really enjoyed our stay in Desert Park Estates. The weather was great and the outdoor space was wonderful! Hopefully a couple of minor housekeeping fixes we recommended will help the next guests. Highly recommended.

A Very Palm Springs home!!

We had such a good time here with my family. We REALLY enjoyed the pool and spa, unless you are there is the hot summer months you should definitely upgrade to get the pool heated. The amenities were very nice, making cooking at the house a really great option. Furnishings are all very Mid century Mod and made the experience even better. Being in Palm Springs in October is awesome, and the house is just a few minutes away from the core area of downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt like we were welcome.

Beautiful house and backyard

This house and well-landscaped backyard was perfect for our week of vacation and remote work. The set up with pool, spa, Bocce court, BBQ and plenty of covered patio space to relax made our stay delightful. Plus, the internet was great and supported two of us on video calls with no glitches. Check-in was easy and Marc was a very helpful property manager. The only minor drawback was Mother Nature bringing a couple windy days, which can happen in North Palm Springs. We give this stay a 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Villa!

We were a group of 6 staying here over Coachella weekend. The house is extremely spacious and beautiful! Beds are extremely comfortable and location is a short drive away from everything you’d need. Lots is space to hang out and the pool was gorgeous.
