Easy, convenient beach access at an affordable Complex on the Beach w/Gulf View.

Welcome to Sunrise Village 103!

No smoking on site at the complex except in designated area. No exceptions. Please read below for the full details.*

Fresh paint & new living room furniture throughout!

This two bedroom, one bath unit sleeps six with sleeper sofa in living room. Condo has many decor updates! New 50" HD SMART TV (May 2022) with DVD in living room. NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc available with your own account! Very close to the beach..only 2 doors down from the beach front!

Flat screen TVs wall mounted in each bedroom, with front bedroom with 40" SMART flat screen!

The bedrooms include new upgraded mattresses for ultimate comfort and relaxation. USB charging outlets in kitchen!

The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and stocked with all essentials. You will have a Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee maker available. Older Playstation system available,but will need your own controllers! No working controllers available.

Approx Area: 600 Sq Ft

Condo is close to town, only 2.0 miles west of Hwy 59, directly on the beach.

Parking for two cars directly under this first floor condo. No private balcony, but large breezeway for seating, just steps from the white sand beach!

Convenience store Waves Beach mart, The Beach House Kitchen, Island Ice Cream, and S & S Seafood Market conveniently located across the street, everything you need is within reach

Common/public deck areas for viewing. Grilling area also (no grills provided). Non-Smoking Unit. Oversize vehicles will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, etc are allowed on the premises. Vans with roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces.

**New non smoking rules:

There will be a designated smoking area on the north side of the dumpster enclosure (NOT inside the enclosure). We are working to make this area appealing to the eye and sheltered to provide as dry as possible for guests who are smokers, it will also have a butt dispenser. We are hoping that this will be inviting to our guests who are smokers and will create a comfortable area to do so without disrupting our other guests.

All common elements are NON-SMOKING, this is outlined as the following: all land that is owned by Sunrise Village, walkways (decks, terraces, however you describe it in your booking), stairs and stairwells, parking area, driveway, and private balconies.

In the instance that someone is smoking outside the designated smoking area we have produced a 3-strike policy:
1st offence - warning, and letting the guest know where the designated smoking area is as well as letting the guest know that if a 2nd offence occurs, there will be a fine.
2nd offence - $50 fine to the guest
3rd offence - eviction with no refund

This was an excellent stay. It was clean and was just as described. There was construction on the third floor but they kept the noise between business hours. There were 3 adults and two teenagers so it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village#103. I did appreciate the appliances they have a avilable for you. Regular coffee make (not a Keurig like in the post we saw). It has pots, pans a pitcher for making tea or lemonade. Two huge closets in both bedrooms. They provided us plenty of towels. It really was steps away from the sand. There is construction going on, but it wasnt too bothersome for us. The location is perfect for those who dont feel or want to drive anywhere. The Restaurant, Seafood Market, ice cream shop and the convenience store is literally across the street!! That was a bonus.

Such a great location! So close to the beach and even during the busiest part of summer the condo didn’t feel crowded with people and usually only 1-2 people at the pool or nobody there. Only complaint is the floors were sandy when we got there and the bedroom/bathroom was really cramped for our family but overall great place and would stay here again!

Great location within vicinity to all activities and restaurants. The Condo was super close to the beach. We are a family of five and the only complaint I have is the unit had 1 bathroom. Complete oversight on my part when booking. But! If you are a smaller family, the condo would be perfect for you!

Spring Break

If you are looking for a place that is steps away from the sand, this is it. Was located perfectly for our kids… steps away from the beach to the condo for quick bathrooms breaks with kids or making lunch. The bathroom has some improvements needed with the shower faucets and some minor improvements needed, but for the cost and the location…. You can’t beat it.
