This 4-bedroom Marin County sanctuary is perfect for large families craving California living with a large, fully-fenced-in pool, an outdoor kitchen, basketball court, outdoor dining and living area. There's great indoor/outdoor flow to the house that also features a large kitchen, 10-person dining table, plus a large living area and a separate family room connected to the kitchen. The house is situated near great hiking trails and is out of the fog. You will get great weather here.

The property also has air conditioning plus a kid's playhouse and two creative huts perfect for arts & crafts or writing. Designer finishes, ample laundry room and everything one might need to fully sink into all the Bay Area has to offer.

There are plenty of toys and activities for the kids - from the pool to ping pong to Playstation. There's even a projector to show an outdoor movies. Kids love to run thru the backyard, play in the playhouse and make s'mores in the outdoor gas fireplace.

Parents love the quiet of the house, its ease. The hammock is also a special space.

We're close enough to both San Francisco and the Wine County with all the reason to not leave at all. This is the kind of house you can just stay at and be perfectly content.
