For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place. This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, lounging area and BBQ island with seating for 8, covered outdoor dining and expansive decks. Down comforters and mattress/pillow protectors on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. Several nearby neighbors are full time residents and would be adversely impacted by noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 8. We value a positive relationship with our neighbors. Large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away with your family and friends.

Located in Stinson Beach Village just 15 steps from the beach. Upstairs bedroom and deck have ocean and beach views. Nicely appointed, comfortable, two story family home with large, flat enclosed sunny yard. Comfortable seating on the patio and expansive decks, just a few houses back from the beach. Open floor pattern and multiple french and sliding doors encourage easy indoor/outdoor living and dining. Pets Are Negotiable.

Parking for 2 cars inside gate.

Outdoor Equipment: Dining Table and chairs on both upper and lower decks, 5 Lounges, Hammock, Ping pong table, 4 Adirondack chairs. Comfortable sofa and chairs on patio near BBQ.
Bedrooms: King Bed upstairs, King and Queen bedrooms down the hall and two Twin/Full bunk bed sets in the back bedroom.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms downstairs, each with a tub/shower combination.

Great location, wonderful spaces for families!

Had a great time with a wide range of family from grandparents, to teens and kids. Close to town (walkable), and outdoor spaces at the house were great for lounging -- eating, and playing. We particularly liked the ping pong table, hot tub and well-stocked game/ puzzle cabinet.

All aspects our stay was wonderful. The owner cooperated with a small special request, the facilities were immaculate and could not have been better located. The outdoor areas are perfect for family, gatherings and conversation.

Warm & wonderful home & location!

Simply one of the best VRBO homes we have ever enjoyed! Both the location and amenities to be found inside and outside were outstanding. There’s lots of room to enjoy curling up alone with a good book, for sharing time with friends/family on various outdoor patios or in the many warm and inviting rooms inside the home.

Perfect Family Get Away

This home has it all for a family vacation - kitchen is stocked, plenty of sleeping space with extremely comfortable beds, big yard to hang in with lots of comfy lounge chairs etc. and great grill. And the location could not be better - takes all of 30 seconds to walk to the beach from the front yard. Love this place!

Felt like home at the beach

My family had a small reunion at this house. The kitchen was well equiped even for our large group. Every bed was comfortable. It can get cold at the beach and the gas fireplace was perfect. Lots of recliners was a big plus! Then the beach was 3 houses down so no driving. We were even close enough to walk to go ear out, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. So many seating areas, everyone was comfortable. We loved this place and will return if we can.

Perfect Stinson Beach winter visit

This house has everything for a perfect Stinson winter visit including a gas fireplace in the main room and an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. The beds are super-comfy. I look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful home close to the sand on a quiet street

We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

Perfect for families

This well-maintained property is well suited for semi-large gatherings. In addition to spacious indoor areas, the outdoor kitchen, dining deck, hot tub, hammocks and ping pong table bring it to the next level. We’re hoping to make this an annual tradition.
